Hit or miss depending on the stylist. Check in online before getting here, otherwise you might be waiting a while. Good customer service, will fix the haircut if you don't like it for free (with in like, a week or so).

The hairstylist are always friendly and they provide very good haircuts. I’ve had a couple of them some do better than others, but all the cuts are quality cuts.

I was really feeling down and depressed I had recently got my haircut at a different place I went from long hair to layered shoulder length but the lady cut my hair so unevenly I could not style it to look decent. A month later I couldn't do it anymore so I went to great clips on florin rd. New customer I was seen by MARINA I showed her a pixie cut and explained my situation. She is an angel in disguise. She cut my hair just perfect. Lifting my spirit and brighting my soul. I will for sure return to great clips on florin rd to see MARINA as well as recommend her to anyone needing a haircut. She is just GREAT!!!

We Always come here for haircuts I used to be wary of less expensive salon franchises but perhaps I just hadnt found the right one. Since starting here 2-3years ago I wpuldnt go anywhere else! Some pretty cool information about this compny &/or this specific location: 1. Online check in lets you get in line ahead of arrival and shows you the estimated wait (minutes until your turn and your place in line) A great time saver especially on busy days! You can plan to arrive close to the time you will recieve services rather than waiting in the shop. 2. Did you know this great clips accepts haircut coupons for both their location and any other locations too and they accept coupons for other salons! Which is super cool So if you're planning ongoing somewhere else because of a coupon.Try here instead.... Alll the stylists ive seen in action have done a great job, ive never witnessed anyone unhappy with their haircut. Not a high turnover so if you like a stylist chances are you can stay with them for the near future. I must give accolades to one employee who is very skilleed and very friendly. Shes my favorite stylist thats been there for years and does an excellent job on both men & womens cuts. Excellent attitude, and such a positive person my family keeps coming back here for the pleasant experience that Brooke in particular provides. I would highly recommend this location for your cutting & styling needs and definitely Brooke!

Worst haircut ever

i want you to know i do not normally write reviews especially on locations with such kind workers, but this is genuinely the worst haircut i have ever received in my entire life. i went in last weekend to get my haircut for the first time since october with a refrence photo of what i wanted that showed four different angles of the haircut (see first photo). i USED to have long wavy hair that went down a little past my shoulder blades and i just wanted a SLIGHTLY shorter, more defined cut. instead of giving me the cut that was shown, the person who cut my hair (who i wont be naming on here because they were still incredibly kind to me) gave me a bob at least three inches shorter than i asked with the most unnoticeable “layers” imaginable. i will admit i already have incredibly low self esteem and getting my hair cut is a very uncomfortable and scary experience for me and this experience has honestly destroyed me a little. i was so excited for my summer haircut and now i dont even want to leave my house. i really really really don’t want to be rude because the workers here are so nice and maybe the person who cut my hair was just having an off day but i seriously haven’t been able to look at myself in the mirror without crying for the past few days. i feel so insanely ugly and repulsive and this is nowhere near what i asked for im sorry

First, my haircut is super cute! They have my last visit and style specifics in a database for no matter who cuts my hair, and it was Allison who is friendly with just the right amount of talk. Second, Guadalupe was going to cut my hair, but there was a gentleman of very advanced age who would have had to wait for three others ahead of him. I asked if he could go ahead of me, and I hope I did not throw off anyone's groove, but Guadalupe patiently waited for him to struggle to her chair and cut his hair. She had done a beautiful job on my hair before too. They are all so nice and capable as well that it is a "great" experience. Pun!

I went for a haircut with a scheduled appointment.. walked into an empty salon with one person in it. She clearly had no idea i who was and that an appointment. I should have turned around and walked out. I didn’t. Huge mistake. I asked for a shag cut … messy and natural looking. I ended with a child’s cut. I had to go another salon to have my hair “fixed “ now I’ve got what I wanted in the first place. Can’t recommend this salon anymore. Silvia

I’ve gone to this place a couple of times now to get my hair cut. I’ve had Brooke cut my hair both times and have been satisfied each time. She listens to what you want and will give suggestions but doesn’t push you to take them. Very friendly too. I will be back as long as Brooke is there to cut my hair.
