Lleve a mi hijo a cortarse el cabello lo atendió una mujer de raza afro, estamos decepcionados del corte tan feo que le hizo como una verdadera inexperta demasiado rebajado a los lados y en la parte de atrás y de los lados muy abultado como quisiera regresar el tiempo y no haber tomado esa decisión, no los recomiendo en lo absoluto y si pudiera le daba 0 estrellas.

Stylist buzzed my hair lop sided I stop her. She said the next stylist would fix it both stylist were with someone. I stepped outside crying. Watched two people go in and the stylist take them so I went in neither stylist had someone in their chair. Two people up front asked what I needed the stylist didn’t tell them what happened the other two stylists sat someone else after I explained and said I would need to wait at this point I’ve been here two hours and said I have a ceremony to attend and I can’t keep waiting. It was clear all three stylists took zero responsibility. I recorded them sitting clients ahead of me. Still crying the one asked me to leave because of my demeanor.i asked because im crying and that makes you uncomfortable? Not one of the employees apologized or took responsibility nor accountability they actively avoided it. Update! I went in to see the person I’ve had regularly cutting my hair and she was super polite and informed me that the staff all watched the video and the manager decided to ban me for recording them! I literally just sobbed while I was in the store. So they all sat around and watched me cry on tape watched no one offer to help me and said yeah we were right for not apologizing and then asking me to leave. Oh I did ask if what she did counts as assault because she shaved my head like a wave over the center of my head. Yall it was assault. She made me look like a child cut my hair.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ruined my haircut before holiday plans and trimmed my hair down way too short. Hire people who know how to actually cut hair.

Just one time I want a good haircut from Great clips. I got the opposite of what I wanted and the haircut was for a very important occasion. I’ll probably be shaving my head after this experience. 33 down the drain. Merry Christmas 🎄 I’m just floored.

Usually ok. Have had the same person most visits. Today, they cut off way too much when I just asked for a trim. Also when I got home and looked in the mirror I had hair all over and IN my ears. I can't believe they let me get up looking like that. Fyi I will drop this to a 1 if I get the same copy paste response as everyone else who had bad reviews for this location.

An amazing haircut for only $22! Valexia was my hairdresser and she is so kind and wise! It was honestly very therapeutic because not only she gave me an amazing haircut and really listened to me, she also shared me some of her wisdom about life. So insightful! Please give it a try. I did and I love it! No wait time and got a Super satisfying haircut for only $22!

A pixie cut. Simple, right? Apparently not. Totally uneven - like an inch difference on hair that is just over 2 inches long! Wish I would've noticed how bad it was sooner, but I'm going back to using clippers on myself.

I went in for a hair style and didn’t expect it to come out how It did. I asked for beach waves and got quinceañera curls. She didn’t style it to match the frame of my face… I paid $80. Do you guys have interns or ?? Need to be trained to style long hair…

I’ve gone to this spot which used to be located by Starbucks on Freeport and sutterville. I’ve gone for years and it was always fine. Not necessarily great but certainly not bad. The last 2 cuts have been bad. It’s disappointing especially with prices going up and I’ve worked in service so I’m not going to skip tipping. I wish I could but I can’t. I asked for the top front to be 1.5 inches it was at 3 and I had already tried correcting it 2 times. Full count great clips. Hoping this isn’t the 3rd strike.

Stopped by for a haircut this weekend and was immediately seated. The stylist was friendly and conscientious. It was my first time at Great Clips and she was careful to cut less at first and work toward something closer with my direction. I'd definitely recommend stopping by for a cut.

Well normally I am what ever about certain things but when I have spent asome time waiting for my turn only to be skipped then what is the system for if the hair stylist get to pick and choose. Really debating weather to even wait to my hair cut again there
