The lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job, but as someone who gets anxious about hair cuts, I would not go back as she was very bossy and used a hair dryer on my obviously very sensitive scalp. (I struggle with dandruff)

Do not ever let Jenny touch your hair!!! She chopped my daughter’s hair and it was so uneven. I question if she even has a license to cut hair. Why would they let someone who can’t cut hair work there?? So we went back in and had to get it cut even more to even it out. When we went back in, the staff knew why we were back and just nodded. So, they know and still allow her to cut hair. Unbelievable.

I checked in online but when I arrived there they have checked in the wrong person instead of me I asked them why they did that they started lying and arguing with me. This is the worst place ever their customer service is zero, the employees are rude and disrespectful specially the Chinese guy.

Absolutely horrible, really I'm disappointed I went in there for a trim I had about 4 inches hair showed them a past picture of me and they absolutely scalped me my hair is half an inch and I can't show my naturally pretty nice hair I couldn't stop the person or do anything as she had my facing away from the mirror the whole time my family watching couldn't do anything as they were being blocked the whole time overall a horrible experience maybe next time I'll get a TRIM and not a buzz cut

Worst haircut of my life. I went in for a simple trim and walked out with something that is hard to describe. The lady didn't know what she was doing. I've had okay results here before, but this one has ruined my week. I look ridiculous.

It's just as bad as you'd think it would be. The stylist must have been on her first day because she had absolutely no idea how to cut hair.

There is this one old ladies think her is Jennie mai she is extremely rude and rough I told her nothing off the top and she still cut the top she at least need more training and I had a very hard time talking to her she really needs to be fired or have a more training

They told me when I called that they could do toddler hair cuts. I asked specifically and said I had a two year old. When it was our turn the guy seemed irritated that we were even trying. Seemed to have no experience working with a very small child at all and we left disappointed and no hair cut. I just really wish they had said they couldn't do it when I called ahead.

I gave you five stars and I am going to give you five stars once again. But, please don’t bring employees from other branches, if you’re not sure about their skills and expertise. Today, I was helped by a new lady (Amber), who was brought from some other branch. She just ruined my hair. She cut some areas too much and she hadn’t touched some parts at all. Then, I had to go to the second barbershop and cut the remaining parts. Now, my head looks crazy. 11.10.2022 update: Jennie has done my hair several times in the past, and I had no complains about her work. She did my hair today, and it was a horrible experience. After coming home from the Great Clips, I looked at the mirror and and it was VERY BAD. I contacted them and went back, and she did some further work. Right now, my hair looks even worse. I am not going there anymore. Told my friends to stop going there too. I THINK IT’S TIME FOR HER TO RETIRE. Update 12/06/23 I just let there with a heart filled with disappointment. They have a new employee (a person with green hair), who doesn’t know anything about haircut at all. That person just ruined my hair style. I am thinking of shaving my head when I get home. I didn’t tell him anything and break his heart, but I feel so bad. I don’t really know why the company hired such an inexperienced person who doesn’t take a shower in days. I felt the bad odor during the process. I had to make a phone call to them and thank you to the young lady for taking care of my hair. She was so kind to redo my hair and clean the mess.
