sofie was way better than anyone I've been cut by in that shop and ive been going there for years. most seem to be rushing to just get me in and out of the chair and the quality of the experience reflects that, it sucks. I go back because it's close to home, not because it's a good shop. If everyone in there was like Sofie it would elevate the experience. I have a family member who managed great clips for years and all they care about is turnover in chairs and it really makes them blind to high quality people like sofie. she's also the only stylist that I've ever seen in that shop with a trade specific smock and she dresses it up with a shears pin. I like that the person who I'm entrusting my appearance to takes the time, and respects clients enough, to make sure her appearance is very clean as well. when I noticed it, I looked around and saw others with dirty work areas, disheveled appearance and one that was sucking down a 64oz coke at her station instead of keeping it in the back room. sofie should be at a private shop charging market rate getting her just dues instead of cutting for a company that's beneath her level of attention. thx sofie, go out on your own asap, you got da motts!

I asked not to cut my sides, that were below my ears and left with it cut where my ears show. One side was longer and the top was too long. Don’t trust to go back, not sure what my hair would look like

I took my son to cut a hair . I show her pictures how I want his hair cut but she didn’t cut like a picture. She just do as a trimming.. never suggest this store

Terrible. I even showed them a picture and told them how long to cut it, they basically buzzed me. Cut off all my hair and did not do what I said, I told them to stop but they said they were "texturing" my hair, but that made it do worse. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place where the barbers don't listen.

I just moved to Cali in June and was in need of a new stylist. I went to Great Clips at the Park Place Center location and got right in! The stylist was extremely friendly and did a great job! Every time I have gotten my haircut, she remembers me and details about my life that we have talked about at previous appts, making it a very comfortable environment!!

I went in for a shampoo. Checked in waited for my turn just for the girls to say they are too busy... Like is this not a service you have listed. Just wasting people's time.

Jessica is amazing!! Not only do I love how she cuts my 4 year olds hair but she is so gentle, fun and friendly. My son used to not like getting his haircuts but since we have been coming to great clips, he is much more happier and does not hesitate to go in. All the ladies are wonderful at this location. Thank you all very much

Just got the worst haircut of my life. Asked for a small hard part and its about a half inch wide, let me leave with my face covered in trimmings, there are obvious spots that she just missed and I had to go get fixed at Super Cuts. If i coukd give 0 stars I would, will never be returning.

Sophie was wonderful!! This was the best experience at any Great Clips I’ve ever had. Most times it feels rushed and like the person doesn’t really care because they need to get to the next person as soon as possible. She listened and checked in throughout the cut and wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result! I really appreciated how she cared about getting the cut just the way I wanted, and it turned out great! I will definitely keep coming back to this location so I can have Sophie do my hair cut again! Thank you Sophie! :)

Got a bang trim for $7. At first I thought it looked good in the chair then upon closer inspection later I saw that it’s uneven. The piece in the middle is longer than the pieces next to it on the right and left side, and that’s supposed to be the shortest part :( and it’s slanted so the chunk above my right eye is shorter than the chunks above the left side of my face. Face framing part is also a lot thicker on the right side than left side. Stylist was nice though but didn’t catch her name.

Ricky knocked it out of the park! I always get a bit nervous coming to great clips because of a few bad experiences Ive had in the past. This time though, I was thrilled with the result of my haircut. Ricky did an amazing job and even shared tips about my curl pattern and how to style. She took her time and cut my hair dry to make sure that she could tell what my hair was going to look like dry afterwards.
