The Sylists here are professional and know how to cut hair with expertise. I go to Shannon and I highly recommend her! She is a master in cutting my hair plus she is very sweet and kind.

I had a pleasant experience during my recent visit a Great Clips. My stylist was very friendly as we chatted about her being at this location for a year and the upcoming holiday’s. Before I knew she done, sorry I didn’t catch her name.

*John Paul (JP)" at the O'Connor and Nacogdoches location is the artist. Others are professional as well.. It's a great place. Please go early.. use the app to schedule Frontline to avoid the wait.

A few preliminaries: 1. I'm not a person who has complicated hair requests. 2. I've never wanted anything other than a basic solid haircut. But, this place is really cool. You can reserve your appointment in advance, and by far their best feature is that your preferred lengths are stored in the system so that you don't have to sound like an idiot trying to remember what your specifications are. I had a man named J.P. cut my hair and it was perfect. I've paid *much* more for an expensive hair salon and I'd still rather go here.

The person that cut my son's hair was extremely rude, it was an older person, they said they have been cutting hair for 50 years so I assume its the oldest person that works there?? I called before going in and asked if they handled toddler, which they replied yes ...not the case....besides them making the comment "babies having babies" after they asked my age (26) (my son is 2). They refused to cut his hair how I wanted, when I told them what I wanted they would say " hmmm no that's not going to look good" more than once. They demanded that I know what tool they were using and what hair cuts are called. It's like everything I said was wrong to them. They were extremely rude to myself and my nephew that were trying to watch, they had me keep moving and they told my nephew he had to wait in the lobby, even though the place was empty. Now I'm stuck with a bad experience and a choppy hair cut on my son. This isn't my first time having trouble with a great clips, they always have rude workers. Honestly there was more but it was crazy I just blocked it out.....if I can I will post pictures. And ask my sister if I'm missing anything.....10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I went during a very busy time, however, it's all about customer service there and it wasn't long before my name was called. I was very happy with my cut, time spent there, my hair dresser and certainly price. And YASSSS! I will be back!
