Have always had a great experience coming to this location in Alamo Ranch, everyone is very welcoming and professional, I’ve been going to Carmen for awhile and she always keeps me looking fly, I highly recommend this location. Thanks Great Clips for a wonderful experience each time.

Have a family bday dinner tonight and went in to get my son's mullet cleaned up, but that was the worst decision ever. She butchered his hair, I'll never go back there again.

My hair was all kinds of messed up. Went on a whim hoping to get it fixed. Jen made it easy and in 10 minutes restored my part and everything was back to how I prefer it. The experience was seamless!

I recently visited Great Clips at The Grove at Alamo Ranch and had the pleasure of having Erin as my stylist. She was fantastic! Erin was friendly, professional, and made sure I left feeling great about my haircut. Her attention to detail and expertise were impressive. This Great Clips is good, but takes forever. Although the staff is really great, and it's conveniently located on Alamo Ranch Pkwy.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile (which is always nice). Erin was my stylist and hands down is the best! . Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond. Definitely my new go to when in need for a "great clip". Thank you again! :)

I like this place! Lu is the best, she was out a few weeks ago, so I got another gal that was also good. It's clean, always fully staffed and when you check in online, get ready, cause it won't be long!

Their customer service was horrible, even though we were next in line, they straight up, lied in my face and accepted “Brian” their old time customer instead of us !!! I am disappointed for the fact, she just lied!!!!

I NEVER leave reviews but the girl who did my hair did me SO WRONG. She was really nice but when I saw what she did to my hair I choked back tears. She chopped off so much in the front on my left side and it looked so uneven compared to my right. Now I’m going to have to either cut my hair short or just wear ponytails till it grows back. NEVER stepping into a GreatClips again 😭

This place is usually decent and deserving of 4 stars. Today it is a one star for the haircut but I gave two stars because the staff is friendly. Although friendly, some of the stylists need more practice. I should not of had to pay for my haircut. My haircut is very uneven. The stylist only had one year experience and she had to get someone from the back to help her. The person that helped her seemed annoyed and didn’t want to fix the issue. The stylist that cut my hair was very friendly and I hope this doesn’t discourage her. She just needs more practice. This was at the Grove at Alamo Ranch location (San Antonio). Update: I went back and spoke with the manager. The manager did give me a refund and apologized.

Been going to this salon for years! Best service I’ve ever gotten and years later still continue to receive. Lupe is my preferred stylist. My boys always leave with a fresh cut a big smile and a lollipop.

Best place to get a haircut! The barbers know what they are doing and will check with you during the haircut to make sure it looks good so far and will ask again when done. They are very courteous and kind and respectful. They know what they are doing and will offer advice on a style of haircut you are wishing to get done if you are unsure about something. The lady who cut my hair was amazing and wonderful and professional. I will definitely be going back there again.

I love this salon so much! Erin is my favorite stylist. The haircut is always great and she is super funny and knowledgeable! I recommend her, she only works a few days but call and see if she is working.

Went to try a new location at Alamo Ranch from the original one I go to all the time at Galm Rd.. I arrive at 735pm was turned away by Becky even when I ask Becky why the sign was displaying open and was on, and the door was unlock as well. She ask me if I signed in online ,and I told her no because it was not letting me. She told me they we done for the day, So I called the Galm location and arrived at 750pm and they took me in and I got my haircut..This is not Good service.
