Came here since the supercuts down the way is now permanently closed. Got my haircut by Alyssa, and she did an amazing job with my high fade, sub zero cut. She was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to make sure it was what I wanted. Thank you very much, Alyssa. You got yourself a new regular!

I signed up online and there was 0 minutes to wait, I got to GC and there was one person in front of me, the lady couldn't find out name so signed is up with number, when she did that we were last and as people can into GC they were put in front of me, so instead of 0 minutes like so said I was pushed back waiting an hour to see me, I never do this most of the time but because the lady was talking to me in a kid like way in doing this and will think about somewhere else

A girl there messed up my daughters hair, my daughter has curly hair and the girl who cut it messed it up, by the way she was acting I had a feeling she dint know what she was doing, I stood up a few times and spoke to another hairstylist and asked if the girl new what she was doing and she assured me she did, she chopped a chunk off and just stared at it, not sure what the girls name was but she looked very young skinny long hair dark skin. There’s no way my daughter’s hair could be fixed.

Disappointed that we checked in on the app. When we arrived, we were listed as #1 on list. Instead, the two “stylist” decided to keep their appointments and service three people who were walk ins. Skipping my children. Why have an app? Why not honor order of check ins? Total wait time was over an hour.

Chopped off most of my hair when I went a couple weeks ago, but I remember the lady doing it being so nice the whole time. Definitely coming back to this location for my next cut

Cecylia cut my hair and she did a really great job. I'm real picky with who cuts my hair and 9/10 the ladies there do a real good job. Highly recommend online check in though.

I’m giving this Great Clips one star, because they were absolutely rude and my son’s hair looked terrible. I went there on March 30th and wanted a hair cut for my son, because his birthday was the next day. The lady who was doing his hair was a bit older and she was done in not even 6 minutes I feel she was completely rushing, and while I do get Easter is the next day there’s no excuse to make it look like that; after I left I called and asked to speak to a manager and while I was explaining what had happened she didn’t seem empathetic or interested in what I was saying and only offered a refund or a re do on his hair cut when I got there she said she wouldn’t be able to fix his edges and when I asked for both the fix and the refund she said I could only have one or the other and ultimately she made the decision to give me a refund and it was $16 when I paid $21 if yall go to this Great Clips make sure they do y’all’s hair right and it doesn’t seem like they’re rushing. I won’t be coming here again.

Natasha did a great job. I had long hair to my waist and asked for mid back length with layers. She gave me exactly what I asked for and was fast. She also recommended a product I now love for my hair. Thank you and please don't leave! I'll be back
