If it isn't Sarah or Jocelyn don't even bother. Just had a horrible cut recently. Asked for jagged bangs not for my bangs to dramatically curved to one side. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed to go outside in this cut. 👎👎

Once again, not really liking my cut. I’m not sure why I go to these cheap haircut places. My stylist didn’t seem to understand how I was wanting my cut. Even though it was very simple directions. Now I took a male friend with me. And they cut his hair super good. To include getting his beard trimmed. Guess it all depends on who you end up with.

Went in for a trim on my curtains bangs and face frame. Cant recall the name of the the girl who cut my hair but she seemed very confident so I trusted her to do a “trim” and after she was done I requested a tiny bit more off and she proceeded to chop my curtain bangs all the way above my eyebrow. Mind you, I just wanted them a little below my eye and had stated this prior to the cut. I don’t recommend this location but again , you get what you pay for.

I would like to thank the hair stylist that was working there today. Because it wasn't for her I would have been having a bad day. I came from the McCreless's location where are they did not do it very well job. So I decided to come to this location to give this company one more try hear it. She did an amazing job fixing my hair. I only wish I had serve her name. But if you see a woman with red highlights please thank her for me.

I will not have my hair cut anywhere else nor by anyone else. I will wait until "Ms. Red" is available, no matter how long it takes. A good hair stylist is like a good gynecologist. When a woman finds one that is good at taking care of our individual needs, we keep them, forever, if possible.

What is the reason to check in. My phone said next and gentleman in front of me that didn't check in was taken before me. I had to wait 15 minutes . I thinks it's time for a new location or company.

We usually have a great experience here. Today was equally as positive. We had a newer to the team stylist named Jose who was so thorough. Very talented and worked with our 4yr old quickly, and with ease. The staff here has been very kind and very helpful. We will for sure be returning to this location.

I had an appointment today. Erica was the technician that assisted me and she did a wonderful job. I was happy with the results. I showed Erica a picture of the type of cut I wanted and she made it happened. I recommend this place.

Jocelyn was absolutely fantastic. I have hurt my shoulder and am unable to style my hair well at present. I went in and asked for a braided style. I don’t think great clips normally do braids but I had to ask. Jocelyn came forward and asked “Dutch or French braid?” I told her to choose and she did such a fantastic job and I love the Dutch. She was so nice and so very professional!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Very disappointed in Sarah ls attitude very rude walked a few minutes before closing doors were still open they still had time for one more person she wasn't taking walk ins anymore rude and disrespectful she could said nicer at least
