I guess you need to be there favorit because i was in 1st place on the waiting list, but she let's other people before never go here back again. Place sucks not even can cut right disappointed wasted 20 bucks for shit haircut

Never going here again. They do not know how to cut a black persons hair. The barber kept asking everyone in the shop how to do a low taper fade and she just kept cutting. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC STYLE YOU WANT!

I just had my haircut by Rosey. Horrible experience. 2nd worst haircut ever in my 45 yeats of life. I never complain. I've been coming here since it opened around 2008. She asked me about my notes then did whatever she felt like. I mentioned something to her before it was too late. She cut the hair...then it was too late. Because I responded to her and am a man. There's bass in my voice. I said nothing ro her of ill intent, only about my haircut...and she acused me of verbally abusing her. She said "she don't let no man", caught herself, and said "or woman talk to her like that." Then she told the girl at the front counter not to charge me because i was being cheap. I mentioned at the counter that she is not the manager, and made sure to get charged and tipped her. She made sure to boast, " I am the manager of my license!". She was rude and insensitive to me as a customer, but she will never cut my hair again! So do NOT let her cut your hair. You're in for a bad experience with her. Since people listen to Google Reviews...here we are. Maybe someone else can avoid her tactics. Great Place otherwise!

Since Great Clips opened at this location, I've had a super great experience. Currently my stylist is Rosa, who is GREAT. She ensures that I'm satisfied with my haircut.

So my adult daughter brought in a Pic and asked for spacefic hair cut which included slanted long bangs the layers were great but the stylist basically butchered her bangs bad she cut them to her forehead way above her eyebrows and straight across with a little jagged texuring i wouldn't have not paid her one cent my daughter didnt want to hurt her feelings and didnt tell her anything but she was extremely disappointed lady then offered hair styling products omg people need to listen to there clients cut small amounts at a time can always go back and cut more instead of chopping large amounts off I don't know how this person got her license but definitely needs to go back to school she should be reported to the board of cosmetology for inadequate skills

I just received the worst service of my life. I went in for a basic shampoo. The lady that shampooed my hair act as if I was I was dirty , homeless or had some type of contagious disease. The point is she barely wanted to touch my hair. She never asked me to sit back properly in chair. As she proceeds to wash my hair she never washes the nape of my hair. I ask her after she was done if she could wash the back of my head because it was dry she never touch it. Then she does with a attitude. She never put conditioner. Then ask me to go to her chair to detangle. My feelings were so hurt. I told her that I was ok. Let me just pay and leave she ask at check out how was everything and I told her. She then says it was common sense to back up into the shampoo bowl. I'm like NO .... You should have asked. Then I pay and she shorts me on the change. I told her she gave the wrong amount back and she refuse to come Back and give me my difference. She starts talking Spanish and her coworkers comes and gives me the correct change. I went to my car and cried. I really should not have paid for.nothing or That type of service. I just went to the location on fm78 in front of big lots Service was what I expected. Rant is over!!! Only going back to speak to a manager other than thatI don't recommend anyone to go there.

I go every couple of months and Mrs Rosa always does really good!! She has a lot of experience so when I tell her what I want she gets into it and I can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. My sister and parents go to her too and Mrs Regina does my brother’s hair and she always does really good as well. The pictures are of after I do my hair. I use the Revlon blowout dryer.😊

I have to give this business 5 stars. The main reason is due to the hairstylis5 named Damini. She was so patient with me and understanding. I was in a hurry and she not only cut my hair extremely fast the fade eas blended perfectly with no line visible. Yhe establishment is very tidy also.

My husband got a haircut at this location today instead of going to his regular barber shop. Lesson learned. Part of his head was missed, his side burns are uneven and it’s not straight at all in the back. We drove to his reg barbershop and thankfully they squeezed him in to get it fixed. Make sure to double check your cut if you do get your haircut at this location

Had a Great experience Monday. Francine I believe was her name did a great job and not only with the my hair but in every aspect. Asking about my style and preference. Even offered to trim my eyebrow. Maybe that was Regina, think that was her name...lol. I will be back.
