We had a wonderful experience! I always have to come over and speak with the stylist for my 15yo son. I wasn’t made to feel odd for that. It’s what is needed for him. Roxy was so sweet and kind and even asked about the crochet project I was making. Beautiful smile and happy!!!! Thank you SO much!!!!

A great experience for a haircut, explanation for how to adjust my hair the way I would like, and excellent conversation. Parking is a hit or miss due to size of businesses, but was able to get in and out fairly easily.

I only do simplest regular hair cut and they charged me $20 / I missess my old couple stylists that do my hair and the new one always get it wrong same thing like I did last time/ :( not what I expected for

Lupe did an amazing job in cutting my hair. I haven’t been to the salon in over a year with the worst split ends scared of cutting my super long hair but she made me feel confident in cutting 4 inches of my split ends.

Very very very bad experience! I never recommend this location, I did hair cut yesterday and old lady even mashed up my hair, and today when i came to touch up the hair, they are very rude and they insist me to pay again….Harry

Went online at 3:32pm Sunday to make a reservation. It said the salon closes at 4pm and they were taking walk ins only. I live 3 minutes away so I hopped in my car and drove down to the salon. I walk in at 3:45pm. There is nobody waiting 4 people getting their hair cut and one available hair stylist. The one available hair stylist (short Hispanic lady with short hair) comes up and asks me if I checked in online. When I told her no she tells me we are only taking online reservations and they couldn’t help me. You should probably get that figured out. Are you only taking walk ins or only online reservations? I tried to both and couldn’t.

Hit or miss…mostly miss. A couple of the stylists are great but most are aren’t and there seem to be new ones at this location every month. I have the simplest possible haircut and yet there’s always something obviously wrong—missed long hairs, a line instead of a smooth fade, fade higher on one side. Makes it seem like they’re just trying to get through it quickly without concern for quality. The only consistently good thing is the price.

My hairstylist shows care about my hair. I know they all do😅 but this one goes above and beyond. So back story, went there for a cut a few weeks ago. Btw, thank you for the online check-in ✅️ my stylist and I chatted about the cut I want, standard stuff. And than we last hair cut experience (not from sport clips) and she mentioned she didn't like the way the other person 🙄 handled the back of my hair. For a person that got my back, figuratively and physically, gives me the trust and confidence to come back(this location is out of my way and a slightly more $$ the ones I normally go) for a second try.

Very Bad service, My stylist LUPE was very rude and she messed up my hair I told can you please try to fix and she goes I can’t do it and she said I have to look for another stylist So bad I will never come to this place again, I always using great clips and this place people are so rude and not friendly.

There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place, as a matter of fact the stylist who cut my hair, Isabel, did a fantastic job, paid close attention to detail and gave me exactly what I asked for, I will definitely be returning to this location

Very random results: stuff can be friendly and rude, very different levels of competence. Predictable and consistent results only for simple haircuts. You get what you paid for.
