The guy hacked big divots around my ears and when I pointed it out, he made a joke. When I got home, I realized the haircut was not even on top so I went back 10 minutes later but the guy who cut my hair would not even look up from cleaning the floors, so another lady redid the whole cut and did her best to fix his mistakes. Not sure if the whole shop is going downhill or just that one guy. Be careful.

I got a very bad haircut. It looked like it was done on purpose. No apologies or call back from the manager. My family and I have been going to great clips for over a decade. We will never be back.

Thank you Sandra at the Fossil Creek Great Clips. She's always taking care of me and my boys and now my granddaughter. She (granddaughter) refused to sit on her own while I got a haircut, so Sandra solved it by getting a cover for her too.

This evening Ms. Tracie Brown cut my daughter’s hair at the Fossil Creek Bulverde location. She was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with all these curls. Middle school girls can be very picky and my daughter loves the cut. Will definitely be back to see Tracie.
