Erika always provides sharp fades and great customer service. It's nice to see a hairstylist that is also a smooth and accomplished barber. Even though others have tried no one has cut my hair better than her.

Very bed I went over there at 7.50 one lady saw us and go back all the way down and don’t come back . Close time is at 8.00pm and they all ready close early and don’t take us.

Came in to see Brooke today, I had my haircut recently cut elsewhere and just needed to change it up. She listened to me, took her time and I left feeling so good and back to normal! Best haircut I’ve had in a long time and will be coming back. Thank you for lifting up a girl today ❤️

Me and my daughter’s first time at this place and the two lady’s Leticia and Lucina were really nice they gave good service. Both lady’s cut out hair really good. Came back in the afternoon to get my other daughters haircut and she loved it.

Brook, l love how you pay attention to detail. You are very attentive, polite and most of all the BEST SKILLED hair stylist I've ever had and this is me coming from years and years of going to a barber. Ladies and gentlemen if you need anything done come see Brook at Great Clips on Culebra and Westwood loop. She's the absolute best I have found my hair stylist FOR LIFE. THANKS BROOK. I want to start off by saying a day before the first day of school for a hairstylist is probably a hard day so thank you .. but if I could give the lady who cut my sons hair a zero star I would .my son never wants to get a hair cut and for him to ask us to take him for me I would jump at that chance the way you cut my sons hair you should be disappointed in your self and to lie to my wife and tell her that’s how a fade should look ma'am you should not be cutting hair tomorrow is the first day of school and my son dose not want to go because in his would the lady who cut my hair just wanted to go home I hope you don’t not have kids and feel like how I feel right now and to charge $18 for your poor excuse of a hair cut

With school starting it was haircut time for my youngest who has a really difficult time with haircuts. At the recommendation of a friend we came into Great Clips to see Brooke. She was amazing! She was patient and understanding. She met my child where he was at and allowed him to get comfortable with her and reassured him when needed. The other lady in the shop was also great, she was kind and patient with all the customers. We will be back.

I just walked out from getting a haircut at the Westwood location and the only male there cut my hair today. I have been coming here for years. I asked for a low drop fade and he took it upon himself to do a medium drop fade. I was like this is not what I asked for. Just do a regular medium fade and blend it in. So he does and it looks better but WTH? Then he still charges me full price even though he messed up my haircut. I will never have him cut my hair again. I am so pissed but rather than make a scene with all the kids and parents there I decided to sit in the parking lot and vent this way. This was the WORST experience I have ever had here out of the years of coming. He kept saying he was tired and short staffed as they were really before I showed up but what gives you the right to cut my hair your way when I asked for something else and then charge me full price still after messing it up. Yes I left a $2 tip cause I’m not entirely heartless but again he will never cut my hair or my kids hair ever!

I’ve been coming to this place for years and never had an issue. Today some lady completely destroyed my hair style. She doesn’t know the difference from a half and zero. The fact that she didn’t have to ask if I wanted round or square on the back tells you how short she cut it but according to her, it’s a half. She took off some of my side burns that connect to my beard without asking, she didn’t even asked me how a normally comb my hair like all the other stylists have ask in the past. She had me positioned where I was not able to see myself so by the time she turned me around to see my self in the mirror all of my hair was gone. Now I can’t even comb my hair to the side like I’ve always done. She was more focused on talking about her Easter plans with everyone else.

Went into Great clips today , was able to sign in online on the app. They were ready to help me whe I got there. They already had notes from the previous visit! Leticia was fantastic, quick and friendly. The rest of the team was friendly. The hair cut came out great! ( westwood shopping center ) culebra area.

Love this place 1604/Culebra pre check in is the best way to go. Adrian is awesome. Thank you for the great job you do. Suggestion for your app. Allow customers to check in and selecting their hair stylist. I’ve gone a couple of times and the person I want is off so I either cancel or go with whom ever is there.

My daughter was wearing her hair straight when she walked into the salon, but informed the stylist her hair is naturally wavy. She asked for a shaggy layered cut with a jagged face frame, and about 2" off the length. When wet, the layers look fine because her hair is wavy, but when dry they look blunt., and it's evident that about 4" was cut instead of 2". She doesn't want to have a wet look style all the time and is disappointed on how the cut looks when dry. She even provided a reference picture for the shag and the length.

Very nice lady cut my hair just how I wanted it done. The online check in was confusing. It doesn't work on my computer, but it worked ok when I downloaded the app on my phone.

Yes I gave them a tip but it honestly was not deserved. The woman who cut my hair this morning made a huge mistake. I wanted to keep the front part of my hair a little long but she just made it short when all I asked was to make the back of my hair short. If I see her next time I get a haircut I'm not going in.
