One person working. Ridiculous. Customers waiting and to have 40 minutes to wait on one Customer and one stylist is also unacceptable. I won't be coming back. Get it together Great Clips!!!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else . They do not know how to cut hair because it’s a training great clips so don’t waste your time or money. Beware and you been warned of this place. They cut my son’s hair almost bald and took off his curls . I was completely mad after I told them how and he had prior notes in the system of how I liked it cut. Another stylist tried to fix it but there was no hair left ! It was horrible and discounted the price but the money didn’t matter to me. I had an event to attend and they definitely screwed it up bad.

I go here all the time and usually have a good experience with the lady who cuts my hair always awesome and gives me what I want. I decided to take my mom but my usual stylist was not there. Another very sweet lady offered to do it so we took a chance however this lady didn’t quite understand what it was that my mom wanted that’s okay it happens but while getting a cut ophelia came over and started cutting my moms hair too. It was uneven did not even touch the front of her hair and cut 2 inches shorter that requested. The original lady very sweet very apologetic offered to redo it, discount, or even free because my mom was in tears she expressed heavily how she was nervous with getting the cut. They needed to call for manager approval. Ophelia blamed my mother saying it was my moms fault went to the back to speak on the phone so no one else could hear and made sure we didn’t get a discount which I never asked for but would have appreciated since my mother was balling her eyes out from how bad it was. Will be going back to report her behavior later.

Went in for a cut and had I believe ophelia as my stylist. I’m not from Texas I’ve been visiting a month but with the weather I wanted a short cut. Showed her 3 ideas and told her which bits I like in them. She kept asking little questions to fine tune my idea, but she was so good I said you paid to go to school to learn this, just keep making choices. I love it. Over 70 decades and this is great.

Came to get 4 females hair cut and left minutes after walking in. My youngest 11 has long curly hair and put no product in her hair because it is always recommended, so it's easier to cut. The stylist who called her back had a very standoffish demeanor who called me over to claim my daughter had lice because of white specks (dandruff) on the middle of a few strands of hair. I completely understood if the claim was true as to why they would not cut the hair, then they say that my oldest niece 16 had suspicion of lice who had hardly dandruff in her hair. After looking for ourselves in the car, it was apparent that it was dandruff and not lice. It felt more like the stylist did not want to deal with my daughters curly hair than a case of lice. I do not go back and complain ever, but after how embarrassed my child felt for no reason, I felt compelled to go back and clarify it was not lice and that the customer service was poor. The stylist came up while I was discussing with the receptionist to express my frustration when and began to argue that she and I were not nurses to state if it was lice and after a few exchanges of me stating it doesn't take a nurse to tell the difference between lice and dandruff. My complaint is the treatment of my child as the stylist entire body language conveyed her disinterest in taking the time to care for my daughters hair was my issue. She then tried to change the subject by stating that my family was rude over having to place our drinks in the car, which was never a big deal and a poor attempt at deflection. I would never recommend anyone to come to this location, especially with younger kids. Save yourself the embarrassment of someone claiming your child has lice so they dont have to cut their hair. Additionally, if someone doesn't know how to check for lice, you could find yourself spending a bunch of money on treatment when you don't even have anything. The conversation ended with telling me to go ahead and post a review with no acknowledgment that they could possibly be wrong or condolences over the experience. It was truly a terrible ordeal and could have been handled way better.

*********DONT GO !!!!!!!!!!******* They don't listen to the request of customers. They cut my sons hair in the front all the way off, when i told them I wanted exactly like mine, which i spike in the front. And when you ask for a wash, they just wet it. I had to walk back in and request that they wash my sons hair with soap. And then they want to charge you for their mistakes. Communication is key when cutting hair. They suck at it!

Enter at your own peril. The ladies were more focused on their personal conversations than on their work. It's great to enjoy your work but loud and obnoxious is a little much. Bad hair cut and I don't appreciate walking out with wet hair!

Their check-in is terrible. You sign in under one number as a family online. They insist that you use the phone number you already have with them. Just to get bumped after everyone else that checked in after your party of 5. Have kids that got their haircuts and then have to try and wait for me to get mine after 4 people that checked in after our original party of 5. Won't be going to this one ever again.

They fixed my hair! Another salon butchered my hair. I went in to Great Clips frustrated beyond belief. The first words I said was “please tell me you can fix this.” The lady who checked me in said “i am not a stylist, but they can. They will fix it for you.” My stylist, (i wish i got her name), was phenomenal! She listened to the saga about how my hair got to was. Together we found two possible styles that we could do. She was very realistic and upfront about what she could do. She worked magic!!

After having a horrible experience at the great clips onrigsby and 410 ( the "mgr" butchered my hair so bad that a year later and it still won't grow!), I decided I betrer have someone different cut my hair so it will atart growing I checked in online, and when I arrived therecwas no wait. The lady even up the horrible style the last person attempted on Me. She was quick efficient and friendly, and as always, the price was lower than moat salons in the area

Very nice having the online check in and notification. The staff here is very friendly and they do a great job. I recommend this location for ease of access and great staff.
