I used to always get my hair cut here once a month and I just went in for my appointment just to have my time wasted by a person who didn't knew how to cut my hair or do anything. Piss poor experience. Never coming here again.

Went in for a haircut, the stylist Norma gave me a better update of a cut than last time. Quick Clippers on the side and back and scissors up top. Beats a number #2 cut all around. Will be coming back.

A terrible experience that resulted in a terrible haircut. The lady who "helped" me first made me wait 5 extra minutes while she was busy on her personal phone. I then told her what I wanted and she argued the whole time with me, trying to get out of actually doing any work. I wanted my top to keep growing out, but I wanted it evened since I'd been cutting my own hair. She didn't want to do anything to the top. She then rushed the whole haircut and I got stuck with a VERY uneven cut. She was rude and disrespectful the whole time. For absolutely no reason, other than the fact that she did not want to be bothered and do her job.

I highly recommend Pam for a haircut, she is highly experienced, and she knows what she’s doing. I came in crying due to a hair color that some other stylist did and it Fried my hair. She cut it a couple of inches and now I feel wonderful. I will never go to anyone else.

Pam was so kind & did such a great job my haircut! I came for fix after getting a haircut I didn’t quite like, she mad sure to keep my length but also give me the face framing I wanted. Also killed my bangs 🔥 wish I could’ve gave her a better tip but I will forsure be back! Thank you so much Pam 🥰

The shop was nice and clean, and the online wait list was convenient. The woman who cut my hair cut it much shorter than I had asked her to. She stopped in the middle of it to answer the phone and help someone up front then came back and said okay you're all done! I was like I don't think you cut each side the same length, she said yes I did! I don't like confrontation so I didn't want to argue. Besides, I guess you get what you pay for it was paid with a $7.99 coupon in the mail.
