Why do I need to remind the stylist to use a sanitary neck strip? Not only for my hygiene, but for the health of others. When asked for it, it was placed over the cape. Hmmm, The neck strip prevents the spread of germs and sweat. Right?

Make sure , and this would probably apply to girls with long hair, that they cut off what you told them to cut off, not what they think after cutting. My granddaughter went in, she is in the military and her hair needs to be put in a bun everyday. She had long hair and asked the person to cut off 10 inches so after it was all done the person told her she went ahead and cut off 12 inches because it would be better. Now my granddaughter is so upset that she can't put her hair in a bun because it was cut so short. It wasn't up to the hair person to decide what she wanted to do, I think she just screwed up, period.

When in there Sunday afternoon July 14 and this lady name Mary attended me she was so much in a rush to cut my hair and while cutting my hair all she keep saying is I'm cutting it then I will style your hair didn't care how she was cutting because she was so much in a rush to leave she left my hair shorter around my left ear and my hair is longer on right side of my ear. My hair was cut very uneven now I have to wear a hat until I can get my hair fix . What happen to satisfying your customers and making them happy and satisfied. Very unprofessional 😡

Today I got a bad haircut. First and foremost, there was a younger woman with short hair that had a very nasty potty mouth and was cursing every other word while chatting with her own customer/client. It was very unprofessional. As for the haicut, the Asian woman was very kind and nice but my haircut was uneven and I had long hair in certain spots like behind my ears. I had to fix it myself once I got home and even then so I could only do so much to make it look better. Would not recommend this place due to the unprofessional environment and lack of care towards haircuts.

Worst haircut of my life. Gave me a lopsided haircut. Had to constantly instruct him what to do so i wouldnt walk out looking like a 5 year old cut my hair. Not sure his nane but he had a heart carved on the back of his head. Hes the guy with zero personality. I believe he works at Bulverde location too. ***Update: I would like to thank the manager because she gave me a full refund. I appreciate that!!***

Coming into town for my Father’s funeral and I really need to get my haircut. My sister in law suggested this place and it is close by to where she lives. Marilyn was my hairstylist. I explained to her exactly what I wanted. My hair at the time was very long and she knew exactly what I wanted and took time for me to look at my hair to see if I liked it so she could adjust it. Very Pleasant experience. Now I see why my sister in law recommended this place. Thank you for your time and service and consideration.

I’m not going to name names because I don’t want to affect anyone’s wallet, but there is a lady that works here who won’t cut my kids hair right. It’s been 3 times and she refuses to do what I ask. All three times I’ve asked for her to fix it and I’ve gotten attitude. For the first time in my 40 years of life I haven’t tipped. I won’t be back.

First of all it says 0 minutes wait but when you arrive there is a 10 minute wait which is fine not a big deal.. you asked for a certain hairstylist who was pretty much done cutting the gentleman's hair but she decides to go ahead and take another 30 minutes touching parts of his hair that really didn't matter knowing that I was sitting there waiting... Funny cause they would not take that much time to ensure a good scissor cut... during all this time she decides to go ahead and talk with other employees which is dragging out the appointment all in all waited 30 to 45 minutes just to walk out with nothing... The more employees they are the less work it's done I would give this place a 0

I have been coming to this Great Clips for at least 5 years now, and I always still look forward to coming in. The environment is a lovely safe place where there's never a dull moment. Bobby always knows what I want, how to cut my hair, and how to make my day. The haircuts are second to none, and I'm always satisfied. I would recommend this Great Clips to anyone and everyone.
