Asked the stylist with the face tattoo to try a new haircut on me, has to be my favorite one so far. 2 stars because of the manager looking guy sitting in the waiting area with a clipboard intimidating the stylists and myself with his gaze. He did greet me so i know he works there but I felt like I was being critiqued also while I was on my lunch break trying to get my hair cut. The stylist was very friendly and listened to my requests and came through with my favorite cut. Even my wife and kids love it. If I walk in again and see that guy there I will probably leave because that was the most uncomfortable haircut I have had considering the stylist was top notch amazing. I was too distracted by the hawk eye stare that I forgot to get her name. Hopefully she's there next time I go in.

Came in to the Brook Hollow location and Candy cut my hair. She did a phenomenal job and was super nice. Her attention to detail, patience, and perfectionist was greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again!

Candy is the best stylist I've ever had! Always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Her attention to detail is 2nd to none. She always takes her time and never makes me feel rushed. She really does care about her clients. Give this woman a raise! Thank you Candy for all the great experiences!

I am very particular and borderline obsessive about my haircuts. Antonio is the only person I know of in the city that can cut to my liking. I am very pleased with this great clips and highly suggest it.

Thank you Tiana for being so kind. I was nervous to get a “bad cut” but Tiana took the time to listen to what I wanted my cut to look like. She started off with cutting some length and checked in before continuing on. Overall, my hair came out exactly how I wanted.

Several experienced stylists. Not all though. Are they having back talk about men getting haircuts? Seemed that other conversations were about customers while cutting hair. FOCUS PEOPLE! Stop being upset or stop taking customers you think aren't in your wheelhouse. I pay $20 for a man's haircut. If you get someone that will pay attention to your hair style, you will leave Happy. $20 should give them a nice tip, but if they go higher than !18, there isn't much of a tip left.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in with very long thick hair stylist was not confident to begin with just started cutting away. Called another stylist to help her with giving me face framing bangs and they totally butchered my hair. I am very dissatisfied had to come back because they cut off one side of my hair super super short on the front and the other side was left a medium length. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. They blamed the thickness of my hair for the length being off totally unacceptable

My child received a haircut/trim. The price for a child's or senior cut at this location is $16. That does not include any other service, including shampoo or style. The stylist did a decent job. The stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. I would not recommend Great Clips for any person with long hair.
