My stylist mirna is the best person you will ever want to cut your hair i have changed my cut a few times and she has cut it exactly as I asked and should be any other place in my life never cut that bit of hair just above the ears and that's a basic they teach you in school and she does she understands how to cut hair

I took my 87 year old mother there on Saturday Dec 7th, which she goes there all the time and always has Bianca do her hair. Bianca wasn't there so she was ok having someone else shampoo, cut and style. Well he did a horrible job, then charged her $80.00!!! I had gone back in and complained, they said there is nothing they could do? She cried when we left and the rest of the afternoon. This is unacceptable to me, this is not how anybody should be treated, especially an 87 year old woman!!! She did say she will go back only if Bianca can cut her hair.

Last week ago, I came here to get a monthly trim (always get a rough hawk) and the barber ended up cutting my hair into a style or there way that they improvised and I felt heavily dissatisfied and disappointed of what they done. I have horrendous anxiety and didn't want to say anything so I just walked out of the door after I just got done paying. And not only that, I had to pay $5 extra more for no reasons when my typical price range would always be the same for a loyal customer every month. The kind of rough hawk I always get looked great, but the trim that I got felt incomplete and femme on me.

This place used to be a great spot to cut your hair but has recently gone downhill fast. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Zero stars!! What happened to listening to what the customer wants. Went in there in November and told the stylist I just wanted a touch up and no more than half and inch off the top. She proceeded to have a conversation and cut about 2 and 1/2 inches off the top. I stopped her from cutting more because she said she was not done and needed to “even it out.” I stopped her anyway and got up paid and walked out. I go again today to get a cut and inform the stylist I do not want anything off the top because the previous stylist cut way too much. She asked if I wanted it “even out” and I said sure but nothing off the top. She proceeded to cut about 2 inches off the top to “even it out.” I told her I said nothing off the top and she says it’s necessary to even it out. Never had an “evening out experience” before these 2 ladies. Never again. My son and I will gladly take our business elsewhere where the stylist actually listen to the customer and don’t just cut your hair however they please. So sad to see a business go downhill so fast. They used to have some great stylist who took pride in the work they did and constantly checked with you to see if you were liking their work. I will not call out these stylists out by name I will just warn you that you will regret going there.

I came to this place to get a low fade and she just cut the low part of my hair not the top. I’ve never heard that you asked for a haircut and they just cut the bottom. It’s nonsense plus She was pulling my hair with the scissors which I’ve never had in any other place. She was saying that the scissors were the ones that were doing it, not her, which I can understand, but it hurt, was I supposed to stay quiet and not say nothing? there should be a way for that not to happen, plus when I told her to cut the top of my hair, she got pissed off and then she said I was being rude, and I got banned from this place with no reason because I was not disrespecting anybody, I was just asking for a normal haircut. I don’t recommend for anyone to step in and cut their hair. Just for the record is a girl that has tattoos on her arms, I don’t think she should get offended for me asking her to do her job. Then I left the place pissed off, which shouldn’t be. I was not asking for anything unusual.

This is the back of my GFs head. Completely uneven with chunks of hair missing. You do have to be licensed to cut hair in TX, don't you? I did a better job cleaning it up then the "professional" at this location. Avoid Ganzles at all costs. Wouldn't trust her to trim my dog.

The guy with tattoos using the first chair on the left gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. I specifically asked for a mid-fade and he gave me a high-fade which looks awful. He didn't even bother to trim my bangs. I decided to go to Great Clips instead of a professional barber to save some money, but today's trip reminded me why I spend the extra cash for a haircut from someone who actually listens to me. Thankfully hats exist so I can cover up this monstrosity.

I would give a negative if that was possible. Told him how I wanted my hair cut… then he went crazy with the buzz trimmer scalping my head. Worst haircut in 50 years. Beware of this location… I’ll be embarrassed with a cap till it grows out.
