Always have a great experience with Isabel. She makes it enjoyable and is very professional. I believe she is a great person with a gentle soul. She is the reason I keep going back time after time.

This location can be found in an unassuming strip mall. It's sandwiched between a dentist office and a jewelry shop and across from a pawn shop. The staff here is super friendly, and they did a great job. I'll definitely be back. Only downside was the temperature inside. It felt very warm inside and the afternoon sun bakes you as you wait in the chairs.

My son’s haircuts were so bad they were made fun of at school and my oldest kids girlfriend broke up with him. These girls need to be retrained. My kids seriously look like they have an Edgar. It’s weird because both of them picked different hairstyles and both of their hair looks the same from two different ladies that cut their hair at the same time, I will never be using Clips ever again

As long as I've been going here, Ruby, Isabel and Maria are the best, efficient and informative stylists. They could be slammed with customers and still make the experience worth being there. Very helpful and I would give more than 5 stars to these 3 individuals if it was possible.

terrible experience getting a trim. wondered why my neck stung so much afterwards just to look in the mirror and see a red slash on my nape. also pulled large pieces of hair that had been cut from my hair when I made sure to only ask for a trim

Too expensive for a man's haircut. Didn't get my haircut there and will never get my haircut there. Went somewhere else and paid $14. I don't remember how much it was there, but I think it was $25.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This is by far the worst hair salon and I hesitate to even call it that because it insults real salons that actually put forth effort into their job. They don't know the first thing about customer service and are extremely rude to customers when a customer wants to ask a simple question about the haircut they just received not being quite what they wanted. There is an older short lady with blondish, short hair in a ponytail who is exceptionally rude and sarcastic. Honestly she needs to have HR train her in customer service. She just made you lose a customer that use to go exclusively to that Great Clips on the southside and that's not even the closest one to me. I'm sure I won't be the only customer she costs you.

Came in for a haircut for my daughter after a birthday party (4yr old) she'd been running around and we put her hair in a ponytail when she got hot. The lady was acting like it was too tangled but was just using a small little parting comb to "brush her hair" she wasn't focusing and was pulling my daughter's head so hard it was almost bouncing back up we did not let her cut her hair and left.

My husband went in for a haircut and a beard trim and Lori did an amazing job. She cut his hair exactly how he wanted it.
