Had a terrible experience. Took my son to the outlet for hair cut. People are not experienced they made a mess. Please look for alternative location. Please don't go to this location. Great clips in HEB complex Babcock is good... please avoid hubner oaks. Even they are very happy to collect the dollars for the poor service.

I was rejecting for My 3 year old and 2 year old cause they can’t sit in the seat alone . I’ve been bringing them for years and never had rejection from a great clips for a toddler . It does not say on website either for the claim of rejection. very disappointing and Lack of communication.

Got a haircut I was not happy with, one side was faded at different length than the other and there were some choppy cuts in the back. I came in the following day, and met Annabelle, who fixed my hair up completely. She completely redid my hair and did a very thorough job. I was blown away and quite pleased with her work. She checked in with my multiple times to see what I thought and reassured me she wanted me to be happy with the result. When we were done she told me I was all good to go. I turned back around and asked for her name because the customer service I received was so good, I had to do something for her in return. So I wrote my first Google review, in hopes that if you see this, you choose to get your haircut at Great Clips, and if you get your haircut by Annabelle, you’ll be very very satisfied.

Gris has been my stylist since I started coming here. She’s done an excellent job and is a joy to speak with. She’s never done a bad cut. When she’s not around and I desperately need a cut, I hope I get someone as great as her. I ended up going one day and had an awesome experience with Annabelle. She did an excellent job cutting my hair, and went as far as recommending a few tips to keeping my hair thick & healthy. Recommend seeing either one of these stylists when given the opportunity.

DISCRIMINATION AND UNDIGNIFIED TREATMENT OF AN AUTIST CHILD BY STAFF. We received UNDIGNIFIED and DISCRIMINATION treatment from an employee named “Kat” in this branch, I wish the company could DO SOMETHING, I wish they were more careful when hiring and training their employees, since they are NOT prepared to provide a decent service to their clients, they are intolerant and MISTREAT people with different conditions, in her words the woman alleged “that my son should behave NORMALLY to be able to provide the service”, she was upset all the time and did a terrible job, acted rude. At the end she was so upset with my son that she decided to turn on the hair dryer and blow all the cut hair into his eyes, nose and mouth, giving my son one of the worst experiences in his entire life, before this experience, my son already tolerated this difficult task due to the sensations and noises that a haircut implies, now he had a regression in his behavior thanks to this experience. This happened this past Saturday, May 11, 2024.

Updating my 5 star review from 2020 to a generous 2 stars. Just received my 2nd horrible haircut (and last) at this location. While the staff is polite my luck has run out with “stylists” here. The last 2 times I’ve come here resulted in asymmetrical haircuts. How hard is it to cut both sides of someone’s head the same length?! I couldn’t return to ask for it to be fixed because shaving the rest of my head would be the only option but that would be an improvement to the mess I just paid for.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE IF YOU'RE A FEMALE OR have long hair! I asked for a trim, and the lady cut off 4 inches!!! I asked her why and she said she started cutting where my hair "knots up". I have curly hair.... it always knots up. That hairstylist has no knowledge or training. I cried when I saw my hair. DO BETTER GREAT CLIPS. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE.

My son gets his hair cut here every couple of months and is never disappointed. We can set appointments, check on wait times and checkin online. They know exactly what he wants when he walks in because of the notes on his profile. Great prices and even better prices!
