To whom it may concern, I wanted to reach out regarding a recent experience I had at your salon. I have always brought my daughter in for her regular trims, and up until now, we’ve had positive experiences with your team. Typically, her hair is wet and trimmed professionally, and we leave feeling satisfied. However, during our latest visit, we encountered something unexpected. A stylist asked me to detangle her hair and handed me a comb, which caught me off guard. I’ve never been asked to comb her hair myself when coming in for a haircut. It felt unprofessional, and honestly, it was disappointing given our past experiences with your salon. Because of this, we ended up leaving without the haircut, and I’m not sure we’ll be returning. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can help prevent similar situations in the future.

Jeremy was great. His technique and the way he cut my son's hair was perfect. What earned the 2 stars is the place itself for its consistent failure at retaining stylists like Jeremy who know how to cut hair the right way. The past few visits were new stylists who stated they weren't comfortable with this or that and the outcome was just not good. Yea, I know, all stylists have to start somewhere but high school is hard enough.

DO NOT LET GIGI CUT YOUR HAIR. asked zero questions about how I styled it, back rounded or squared, sideburns keep them or not, just started hacking away to her liking. Acted like she didn't want to be there and couldn't wait to be done with butchering my hair. no personality and I definitely didn't feel welcomed around her.

This place would not deserve three stars if Janeth hadn’t come in to save the day. Who ever began cutting my hair obviously did not know what she was doing and made a mess of my hair. I don’t know her name since there was not a cosmetology license displayed. Her work area was filthy. There were hair clippings all over the counter and in her clipper guards. Take some pride in your work. If I do go back I will only let Janeth cut my hair.

I receive coupons on Facebook frequently so I’m always getting trim. Gigi is a awesome stylist. She is always happy to see her customers, has a friendly smile, and does a great job.

My stylist was Aryssa and she did a horrible, horrible job at cutting my hair! I’m embarrassed to say the least. She chopped off way more hair than I had requested and left one side of my hair shorter than the other side!!! I asked for a V style hair cut at the ends and she failed horrendously because my hair just looks so uneven, one side is so much longer than the other — Wasn’t noticeable until it had dried later that day. If you have a stylist just set aside the time to go to them instead of trusting a random to do your hair cause this was the worst experience ever! I had super long hair and now it’s insanely shorter than what I asked for.

Went today for a cut. In less than 5 minutes, they cut 2 inches off without even making sure it was even. It is the worst cut ever. Stear clear of this place

Yesterday i had hair cut with great clips & the lady was there was best in making worst hairstyles & she was super very lazy to do haircut & very rude in behavior & I don’t recommend her to do a haircut & also i don’t recommend this place at all My sincere suggestion is go for another location even it is some more miles extra to do a good haircut

I just had a wonderful experience w Kiki. She knew I had anxiety about cutting my hair. She did a beautiful touch up on my butterfly cut and gave me long bangs. Also a blow dry after. She was soft spoken and fun. Def going back to see her again 😌 🥰

Only negative is that this location doesn't offer discounts (coupons, military) like other great clips locations do. But this location usually doesn't have a line, so that's a plus.

Was a little nervous coming here after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. They did a great job, and being able to "get in line" using the app was a huge help.
