Went there earlier today and the service was impeccable and efficient. Preston did a phenomenal job and had very helpful information regarding hair care products to help keep my hair healthy. Highly recommend and will attend again

I went earlier today and almost had a heart attack. I asked for 2inches off and layers and that was not what I got. My hair was hella choppy and bad all around. I had to go to a salon to get it fixed. I do not recommend get layers…. I was done dirty 😭.

Had a great experience! I got a trim (long hair), curtain bangs, and layers. I love the end results with Tasia! My hubby got a cut and beard maintaining done by Anita. They were so kind and knowledgeable too. Anita even taught me about beard care ointments and what to choose for his specific hair type and how to apply it. Awesome place.

Update: Returned for a refresh of my haircut...it's been a couple of months. Prestan was my stylist. He understood what I wanted and gave me a great haircut with bouncy layers. He's really nice too. I checked in online, so I only had to wait 5 minuts. I would definitely recommend. There was no wait. Check in on line was easy. Patricia did a great job cutting my hair to look like a reference photo I brought. She was friendly and professional. She also has great taste in music!

Been here several times and each time was a great experience. Anita was amazing! Providing suggestions and cut was just what we were wanting. Bathroom is super clean as well. Keep up the excellent work ladies!!!

The manager of this place is very rude, first of all I do take ownership of my child’s actions. My child accidentally pulled the blinds of the sun shade where it rolled up all the way to the top where it is impossible to get to without a ladder. The manager comes out very upset at the situation and comes at it as an annoyed that a child is in this place and goes back complaining that maintenance will have to be called. I offered to pull down the blind if there was a ladder and I completely understand that was not an option due to liability concerns. My child is 3 years old and sometimes gets into things he should not, in a quick moment this happened, it would have been much better to approach the situation with tact rather than making my son and I feel uncomfortable in the salon for our entire visit. I only come to this salon because of Pati! She is wonderful and is very patient with my son. I am not looking for anything other than a respect on customers. Mistakes happen, no reason to make your customers feel like we are not welcomed.

The check-in online is clearly manipulated, When you check in it will say 4 or 5 minute wait. Walk in the store and it's 28 minute wait. That would be fine if you weren't lied to initially. Thanks anyway.

Went in for a standard medium fade, walked out with my hair buzzed with long strands of hair out of my scalp. Buzzed unevenly, i might add. The cut around my ears is uneven and haphazard as well. I work on a Sales floor and the embarrassing look I'm forced to sport doesn't help. Terrible customer service as well. Every time the lady walked by, I could smell the weed in her pocket. 0 out of 5 if I had my way. You owe me $23, and I will be in to get it. (Side note: my hair was long. Last cut was November)

All worker super late to work. It says they open at 9am on a Saturday but workers showed up around 915 ish. To top it off they still needed to set up and count money. 🤦‍♀️

Had a bad experience at a different Great Clips location so I was a little nervous going again this time around to get a trim. Anita greeted me & was able to seat me and start cutting my hair right away. She was so awesome & I look forward to going back with her next time. I expressed my concerns & she talked me through things to show me how she was cutting it to avoid what happened last time and even thanked me for being patient which wasn’t even a concern of mine since she was just a delight to be around & chit chat with while getting my hair cut by her. Awesome lady all the way around & I thank her so much!! I left very happy!

If there was an option to attach a picture, it would be clear that even one star is too many. Whoever cut his hair, was apparently cross-eyed and didn't trim half of his bangs. It is half an inch long on the right and two inches on the left. No idea how this is even possible. Plus, spikes all over his head. I trimmed his bangs and seriously considering trimming the spikes. Will probably do better job than Grat Clips even though I have no idea of how to cut hair.

My first time at this Great Clips location. Originally went in to get my hair cut by a lady named Iris because I saw a lot of good reviews about her, but was told she no longer works there. Was greeted and welcomed by a lady named Anita. She actually ended up doing my haircut. I showed her a reference video on what haircut I was wanting. She was very thoughtfully thorough about how I wanted my hair, and gave me exactly what wanted. She even made me profile and added notes about my visit. So when I come back and if I don’t get my hair done by her again, at least the other person that ends up cutting my hair will have an idea on what I’m wanting. But Anita is the person who I will be going to for haircuts. Definitely recommend her!

Not my first time to go here but my most recent was a big disappointment. Seems like everytime I go, people are different so you the service varies. My last cut looks like I had a coconut husk on my head. The person who cut my hair doesn't even know how to blend. I asked to blend the left side and if I didn't ask he won't even bother to blend the other side. How can it be even? Such a disappointment! 😤. I just left and went to another salon to get it fixed.
