By far the worst experience ever. I brought my daughter in to cut her hair, she was so excited, smiling and the lady, and the person just kept a straight face, didn’t interact or anything. Whatever that is fine, well then she cuts my daughter’s hair not with scissors but clippers!!! She used the scissors to cut 2 strands! My son went up to my daughter and accidentally asked if she wanted it longer or if she liked it. The lady rudely says “I can’t make it longer.” At that point I was just done with this her hair is crooked, her bangs are crooked. I will NEVER come here again. I now have to go somewhere else to get my daughter’s hair fixed!

Got my annual cut, been coming here for years. Had different stylists and never had any issues. I recommend utilizing their online check in feature.

Worst experience. Not at all good fade she did. Also she was saying it is because of your skull shape 🤣. She took 45 mins on my haircut, that is too much. Not gng again. Bye bye.

Worst haircut I have ever received. I got a $10.99 coupon and I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. I go and the girl takes me in as a walk in. I show her multiple examples of how I want my hair to look. I wanted a bang trim and layers. When she first trimmed my bangs they were so lopsided one side was touching my eyelashes and the other side just barely went under my eyebrow. I told her and she went "oops!" And fixed it. When she completely wet my hair, and I asked if she could do styling afterwards and she said "it's $35, but I don't have the stuff you want so I won't do it" all i wanted was waves or a blow dry. By the end of my haircut, she didn't even give me layers and she only took 20 minutes on my hair. I asked if she could use a round brush and a blowdryer to dry my hair and all she said was "i dont have any of that. Youre right i should get that." I was so upset I just gave her the money and left. I genuinely feel so ugly and I wish I had gotten my money back because of her, my entire birthday is ruined and I cant get my hair fixed I had saved just enough for that. Worst haircut of my life.

I checked in online. I waited to be called for my haircut. I was seen quickly. The location was clean. The service was fast considering the number of people coming in. In and out in no more than 15 minutes.

Not the best $20 spent on a cut. My hair is uneven and doesn't even feel like it was thinned out at all. This is after i washed and styled my own hair that I've now seen the flaws. More than likely won't recommend any Great Clips.

Tall black gentlemen cut my sons hair and I thought he did an okay job until we got home and it was SO uneven it wasn't even funny. I wanted to keep his curls and he cut them ALL off. He also did not have the patience to deal with my son. A few days later he got a really bad ear infection behind his hair from his haircut. Clean your cutting tools please! $32 for two hair cuts.. I'll do my research next time.

Always have bad experiences here. Always rude, they messed up my 4 year olds hair and when we went back to get it fixed they were unprofessional about it and were rough with my child.

First time here and never again that women that looks and sounds like a man did not do a good job on my son’s hair then she blame it on him that he moved.I was looking at her the whole time and she did that in purpose 🤬🤬

Great service. There was a computer issue with the online check-in and the staff was able to get it cleared up so my family were all able to get our hair cut at the same time. The stylist who worked with my son was able to communicate with him well about styling his hair and getting it cut the way he wanted it. Overall a great experience.

I had been a customer of a different salon for many years until we came to the Great Clips West Lakes location. Armani attended my son and I and did an amazing job. I have found my lifelong salon and will not return to no other. My son will not allow anyone else but Ahmani to cut his hair. Armani is professional, friendly, and attentive to your needs and delivers every time. Thank you Ahmani.

The three people who were there at the time, seemed friendly and greeted us. The two things i need to mention is that it was my daughter's birthday and a tall man that worked there walked over to my daughter and put his hands on her while grabbing her playfully saying happy birthday. I did not like that. No person should put their hands on someone else's child. And from far her hair cut was nice, but as i look at it now there are so many un even areas. I give the hair cut a 4 out of 10.

Would not recommend. Asked to leave bangs and 4 on top. Does entire head a 4 cutting the bangs. Will not return.
