I’d like to start with the fact that I only came to this location because I got off the phone with a sports clips and the lady was kinda rude to me so this was the next location closest and I’ll begin with saying that they were so polite to me on the phone and when I got to the location they welcomed me and made me feel so welcome. Pam (my stylist) was so friendly and professional. I got a mid fade with a trim on top, a simple haircut but one that many stylists mess up. Pam was quick with her work and a true master of her craft. She was gentle, careful not to dig into my neck, which is sensitive, and paid great attention to detail, cleaning up my areas around the sideburns and forehead which many stylists don’t do unless you specifically ask them to. At the end of it, she thanked me and let me know where to receive coupons and even encouraged me to use them in a friendly way, which can sometimes feel embarrassing for myself. I’ll end this with the observation I made that I saw the other stylist cutting another man’s hair and she also looked like she did a great job too. Thank you, Pam! I’ll be back again

A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I took my three youngest boys there. Both stylist on duty did a horrible job. Each haircut was a different style, but they were basic looks. We let our older one go first. Is was an all around clippers cut. It looked fine at first, but while they were working on the other two boys, my husband noticed that there was a lot of uneven patches. We asked them to fix it. It just got worse from there. The one that was working on my 7 year old shaved a patch way too high on the back of his head and tried to cover it by keeping the hair longer in the back. Our 6 year old is still afraid of the clippers. So, is stylist cut uneven patches in uneven lines. She also had too sit down while she was cutting his hair and had him stand up on the floor. After they messed up they kept saying it would look better after my boys' hair dried.

Stylist was nice and she cut my hair well. Only issue was when I walked in the whole place smelled like someone smoked a joint inside. Haircut was great though and they were nice anyways.

Had a great Haircut free being on Veterans day. Great cut and will be back again. No wait times if you sign in to get ahead of wait times pretty nice

Very lousy the stylist looked like she didn't wanna be there she completely ignored my instructions I got a fade on the top I like to leave it long to spike what did the lady u she trimmed it short I was in there yesterday probably shouldn't paid for the hair cut Go to a Barber shop

Amber was amazing!! I’ve gone a long time without a haircut and have grown attached to my hair and she only took off what was absolutely necessary and was super sweet throughout the whole process. She listened to exactly what I wanted and it was overall a great experience!

Please do not let dasia cut you hair! She is new and ruined my hair! This location is very unprofessional. They judged me and said "well if you wanted that you should've gone to a professional salon" they don't know how to cut hair the right way. it's better to pay a few dollars more to go to an actual professional salon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

They don't know how to cut womens hair or mens hair the fades don't blend and they cant texture hair or do layers AND THEY'RE WOMEN.

What’s the point of the app? It said 0 min wait time and when I come in both barbers are busy with someone… still having to wait an additional 10 min

I don't like when they turn the chair to one side so you can't see what they are doing. They should not do that!

They do get a little busy sometimes, but staff are always friendly and do a great job making sure you get the cut you want.

A woman named Pam cut my hair to perfection, and I have received many compliments because of it. She was ver kind and made the requested cuts on my hair as well. 100% will come back!

30 min wait on a Sunday in a busy area, was reasonable. Cut was ok. Price was ok.

Asked for a medium skin fade with a slight trim from the top. Ended up getting a straight edgar bowl cut hair with no fade or blend at all.. Avoid at all costs.

Got the best haircut I’ve ever had here. Wish I caught my stylists name. She was so kind and patient with me. I told her my idea for what I wanted but said I was open to suggestions and what she ended up doing was amazing! I’ve never liked a haircut more 😄

I got a great hair cut and the service was great! I set up an appointment using the app and it was very efficient. They washed my hair and gave me a cut in a timely manner. They made me feel comfortable and I am very happy with my hair cut. 💇🏽‍♀️💕
