I had a decent experience at this location. The haircut I received was good but that really depends on who cuts your hair not everyone that works there has the same skill. Another good thing is discount offered to all employees that work in the nearby stores. Prices of the haircuts recently went up from $18 to $20 before any discounts.

Honestly, Felicia has a superiority complex and zero regard for clients. Instead of being professional, she’s making it about her ego—ignoring requests, being physically rough, gossiping, and rambling valid feedback as people being “sensitive" these days. It’s a toxic combination of arrogance, lack of skill, and bad attitude. She shouldn’t be anywhere near scissors or paying customers. People like her ruin the experience for everyone else. The fact that Felicia is still there after repeated bad reviews tells you everything you need to know about how little they value their clients. The owner is enabling her behavior. Whether it’s indifference, favoritism, or a refusal to address the issue, it shows a lack of leadership and care for the business or its reputation.

Left my hair looking terrible. Lady didn’t even listen to me and kept saying whoops as she was cutting my hair. Didn’t even respect the $7 coupon I had, was forced to pay full price never going to a great clips again.

The Great Clips on Blanco, near Churchill HS, there was an Oriental gal there cutting hair, named "Lousee". She insisted on leaving more hair/thickness on my left-side bcuz she kept saying: "Don't U know EVERYONE'S hair is like that? It's thicker on the left side than it is on the right side?"--RETARDED as far as I'm concerned!!--Don't let her touch Ur hair if U go there!!!!!!🤬!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure who the young black lady was who cut my hair, but I'll tell you what, y'all better not get rid of her. Don't even do anything stupid to piss her off. Her right there is your money maker. She listens to what you want, and she's got a fantastic smile.

Sad service for my kid. Had a gentlemen only known as "tim" Cut my son's hair and it was completely terrible when he was finished, I asked him to correct it and he got irritated with me. After the second attempt at letting him fix it, it was completely butchered. Also he did not have a barber's license on display and refused to give me his name. Ill be calling tdlr next This my response to your request for email. It has been sent with pictures for documentation. My name is Charles Ryes. I had my children's haircut at the alon market location on may 20th. The stylist that cut my child's hair was very unprofessional and left him looking terrible after multiple attempts. He then walked to the back without finishing the cut, forcing his co. worker to complete the job. When I ask for his name, she told me he only goes by Tim and does not display his barber license windworking. I will include photos of his workstation. After the haircut I asked for the phone number of the manager I was given the 2 owners phone numbers. Neither of them have bothered to reach out to me after multiple phone calls and messages, they do not represent your brand well at all. I also asked for a copy of their most recent inspection report, but was denied that as well. I will be forwarding this email and my complaint onto t t d l r as well 2nd edit Just got off the phone with the manager of this location again who has a stylus operating without a license. She denied to give me his name again only that he goes by tim

Salon is dirty and disgusting. Hair clippings from other customers all over the clippers, scissors, combs, seat and floor. I took one look and got up and walked out. Very unsanitary.

I came here to cute my hair since 2016 most of the time the stylists get it right or so far so good Unfortunately my last visit here on August 16 was a disaster😢The stylist seemed to be a rookie with no listing skills. I kept repeating her 2 times the instructions but she did a horrible job! & she I’m not professional very very low costumer service skills.

Long wait, asked for a regular men's haircut, requested rounded and tapered in the back - instead got boxed, squared, not tapered or rounded-asked to please not change the length of my sideburns, she cut both sides much shorter and one side shorter than the other- I paid, but I won't go back, recommend you look elsewhere for a haircut

i basically spent $21 to have Felicia make fun of the previous person who cut my hair… which i literally got at this same location. so rude and for what? not coming back
