I come in yesterday evening (7-23-24), the lady forces me to get a shampoo said she won't cut my hair without that. (Extra upcharge) Then she's pulling my hair very hard. I complain to hair and she says "I'm not pulling your hair" yeah sure.... Then after, she starts cutting my hair. We agree on a length to cut all around. And she was trying to force a style on me I didn't want or care for. Asking if it was a good length. I can't tell when she has my hair all slicked back looking like a weirdo. So I put back to normal, all good so far. Then she starts cutting around the ears.... and cuts WAY more than we agreed on... I came in for a trim and she does that. I needed my haircut a certain way for an acting role that I have. That now needs to be postponed for a few months cuz of this haircut. I normally always give a good tip. And this is the first time ever I did not leave one due to this horrible haircut I will never return to this location ever again. And for those of you reading this. Tread carefully

Worst haircut ever. Were you trying to make me look like Bert from sesame street? mission accomplished. just when i thought great clips couldn’t do any worse, you outdo yourself with this muppet stunt. well hah hah. very funny. jokes on you. I’m never coming back. no, this time i mean it. i don’t care if you can cut my hair in under 6 minutes. I’m choosing self dignity over convenience from now on :P

After reading these reviews, I remembered having the identical experience with the Hispanic lady wearing glasses a few weeks earlier. She was cutting my hair, and when I asked her questions about it, she became irritated and asked me to leave with only half of it trimmed. I felt very humiliated. I just got another coupons for this location, but I won't be returning until she gets anger management classes.

I have received discount coupons from my favorite salon and of course I’m going! My stylist Lorena is Hispanic and she’s wonderful; she’s very patient with my autistic son, and I love it. I see negative comments about the Hispanic stylists at this place, and I find it rude , disrespectful and inappropriate On the contrary, they are very kind very careful, always impeccable. I am truly very grateful. I will keep coming with my husband and my child like always, we highly recommended

I went to this place for the first time for my daughter's haircut. (In their services they offer a haircut for children). The man who took care of my daughter was the worst hairdresser I've ever met. Not only did he make a mess in her little head, his attitude was the worst, the way he treated us. I had to wait for another (very kind) hairdresser to ask her to repair the mess at my daughter's head. She was very sorry, she did the best she could. But the worst of all on that day was that my daughter, who is a very sweet girl, without realizing that her haircut was a disaster, gave to the man hairdresser a hug to thank him and he pushed her away. This was unacceptable to me! The other hairdresser told me that he should only take care of men because he doesn't know how to treat children and women. I'm sorry, but I don't think he should work there.

Julie took care of us and she was amazing, super nice, best experience we ever had at great clips now my son only wants her to cut his hair. She was super patient even though there was a lady with loud kids and they were opening the products they have for sale while the mom didn't care, Julie nicely asked the kids not to play with the merchandise.

Julie has been my stylist for over 22 years. A perfect cut every time. She has a great personality and customer service. Thank you very much. Great Clips have very reasonable pricing too. Excellent value.

Was able to get an appointment right away. Decided on a pixie cut. Stylist was meticulous and did a very fine job on my cut. Located off 1604 close to the Drury Inn and suites.

Worst Great Clips ever! Don’t go here! Go down the road to any other location. The service was poor, the old, tall Hispanic lady with glasses gave my son the wrong cut, tried to charge him like an adult ‘because he’s tall’, and refused to give me my receipt because I was going to report her incompetence and rudeness. She finally ripped my receipt and gave me the bottom half which is useless to me. She needs to be fired so nobody else gets the same treatment my son and I endured. Disgusting

Do not go to this location. I never write bad reviews but this was just such an awful experience. Claudia was horrible. She seemed annoyed right away. She did not listen to how I wanted my hair done. I said just a little off and she butchered it and chopped off everything. When I asked her to help me make sense of this, she told me to go and walked away. I came back and she ignored me even when they had no customers. She then grabbed my head very roughly and shook it. When I told her to not grab me like that, she apologized and finally tried to help but by then, the damage had been done. My hair is awful. I am devastated and have been hiding ever since. I have been a Great Clips customer for decades and this has been my worst experience yet.

The place was clean, well kept, the ladies cutting hair we very friendly, conversational, professional and provide a very good experience as week as a great haircut. I would highly recommend that if you need a haircut and are in the area, sign in online and wait for the text to come in and get your hair cut by a professional and walk out a happy customer.

My husband got a haircut by Lorena. When we first went in, it seemed like she was annoyed that we were there. Then, as the guy that had just gotten his haircut was leaving, I noticed a line across the back of his head. Giving her the benefit of the doubt and hoping that was just how his hair grew, we stayed dedicated and my husband went next. He showed her a picture of what he wanted and she looked confused and said uhhh so how do you want it? Obviously we wanted it as close to the picture as possible but she probably didnt know what haircut that was or how to do it. We probably shouldve left then but oh well, everyone has their moments. The haircut took like 5 minutes and it was uneven. It looked like a mullet too 😭. My husband has gotten a haircut at other Great Clips and has had a good experience so maybe just avoid this location.

Terrible service. Went in to cut my daughter’s hair, took no more than 5 minutes and it was cut unevenly from front to back. Person that did the job should not be working there. Management wanted me to come back to get it fixed, I did not trust anyone to touch her hair that I did not know given what happened. Do not go to Julie.
