Always a great experience! My notes from my previous haircut are always on file and the stylist/barber is always attentive. I appreciate the patience in assisting me in identifying the best haircut/hairstyle that fits me best.

The employees we dealt with over here are a joke really.. I took both kids to get a haircut, I’ve explained in detail how we want their haircuts and they decided to go about their own imagination and messed up both of my kids haircuts. I don’t think these folks are trained to even listen to customers indications. It is super frustrating they didn’t even ask half way through if we are happy or if at least this is what we had in mind. I’ll never come here ever again. It is embarrassing to call yourself a barber with this type of service. I’m not a barber by any means and I could’ve done a better job than these clowns. Extremely disappointed in David and Cassandra. Terrible service.. my kids both cried on the way home. You should be both either sent back to training or fired!!

Asked for a rinse and she said $10.. They don't do rinse only shampoo.... My hair is short and just wanted a rinse...

Came in to get a haircut, ask for a 2 on top and 1/2 guard on the sides. This barber started cutting his hair and I walked up and clarified that’s not what he asked for. The barber gets upset and says that this IS what he asked for when it is indeed not. I proceeded to tell her that I won’t be paying full price for a haircut he didn’t ask for and she says ok. I’m not going to finish his hair if she’s not going to be compensated. So I agree to pay and she proceeds to tell me that she is still NOT finishing his hair. I then ask to speak to someone else and clarify that I will pay, but she needs to finish what she started. She proceeded on cutting his hair and I walk up again to ask of her name. She said that I have “no right” to ask for her name and says that she will not cut his hair and to get up and go. At this point we’re done and agree, so he gets up and we leave. I ask the front desk person for her name, would not give me her name and then I ask for a corporate number and get the response “ look up great clips customer service”, I ask for the GM name and I get “Sarah” at this point I know I’m not getting anywhere with them and leave. Hopefully I’ll be able to get in touch with management Monday but this type of service is UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER return to great clips period. Also I attached pictures how she left his head when she told us to leave.

First I would say don’t be in the job you do wanna be, this guy started cutting my hair and literally started hitting my head while trimming, and kept trimming on the same exact spot for 15 min, and still didn’t got it right, then he sprayed only half of my head with water and started to cut. I had to ask him to stop cuz I could already see either he doesn’t know how to cut or he just doesn’t like his job. I asked for another hairdresser and this girl with face tattoos came to me asking what happened I told her what’s going on and asked to give me a hair cut to which she said “no I can’t give you a haircut I have to go somewhere” she ended up giving me the haircut with a smirk I can see on her face. To me rude behavior, unprofessional attitude, and the hairdressers need more training.

I checked in online and when I got there the lady told me I was at the wrong address. Then I got in car I called the number on my screen. Same lady answered and proceeded to argue with me.When I told her I was the lady that Just walked in the door because I had checked in online. I told her funny.My name is showing on the screen right here.In front of me that I have an appointment but my name is not in there on your screen. She asked for the address that was on the screen.The address I gave her was the address that I was directly in front of and she proceed to argue with me again that I was in the wrong location when I was not.I usually could see the number on the building. I refresh my screen and the name on my screen.Went off and a message was sent that my appointment was canceled will never come back to this location again.Really terrible customer service.

5 stars! Dani was amazing! My first time @ this location & Dani listened to me & worked with my existing haircut that was growing out & needed shaping & a new style. Dani was wonderful!!!! I will be back again ! Very clean salon, very friendly!

About what you'd expect from a hair salon in this tier, I suppose. Some of the stylists are not wonderful, others are good - our experiences here have been quite hit and miss. If Maverick is working when you go, be sure to ask for them - fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Absolutely terrible. I asked for a certain cut and got the exact opposite. I’ve been wearing a hat to try and conceal how bad my hair looks. I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for $18

No me quisieron atender después de esperar por más de una hora, solamente por el hecho de no hablar inglés a pesar de que me defiendo con el traductor de Google y aún así el barbero que sabe hablar español cuando me tocaba mi turno se hizo el loco y caminaba de un lado para otro, eso lo hizo por espacio de 20 minutos ya que las otras peluqueros estaban ocupados, me pare y me fui, no la recomiendo

Shelly and Felix are amazing, they cut my boys hair today two totally cuts, Felix did I medium length cut and nailed the picture I showed him once and Shelly a classic little boy cut and helped me through the cut showing me if we go this short it’s going to look like this and bangs this long it’d look like this and in doing so my baby got just what I showed her and wanted. Highly recommend them. And thank you two.

So normally this place is great. A few days ago I went here, and I wanna specify, I have an issue with ONE person. The lady that operates in the first chair to the left. This woman had no idea how to cut my hair, complained the ENTIRE time, was VERY curt with me despite my friendliness, AND she scratched my neck in several places. I will say, the woman who worked 8 months ago in the first chair to the right? Delightful person. Give her a raise and fire the woman on the left.

They don't even deserve any stars they left patches all over my son's head didn't finish it properly. And then the guy says I can leave that was giving my son the hair cut he basically bolded with long patches in the back of long hair. Super unprofessional and degrading for me and my son when son can't talk. Sad people think they can do whatever the blame the customer. Worst place ever

Didn't hold My appointment time when I arrived then let people that did walk ins ahead of me. 2 or 3 and when I asked why they said they didn't know. I'll go somewhere more customer friendly and professional next time..

First Great Clip I’ve been to in over ten years that didn’t offer military discount. My barber didn’t listen to any of the instructions I gave as to the type of fade and buzzed my head all the way up the sides to the top.
