Randi greeted me with her friendly smile and positive energy. She focused on my hair and did an amazing job. I'm returning to her as she showed how much she cares about her customers. People like Randi that are dedicated to their profession and avoid being chatty with their customers is important. She has magical hands! 🥰

I was super anxious getting a much needed haircut at a salon I've never been to before, but Randi did an amazing job. She made me feel super comfortable, didn't force awkward small talk, & took her time to make sure I walked out with the cut I wanted (a rushed haircut is usually a bad haircut). It's hard to come by good stylists like that, so I will definitely be returning to this location again for my next cut.

First time there, after calling several places,(some rude) I called Great Clips, very friendly over phone. Walk in for me and my husband ( hair cut/trim) Very professional upon arriving. Randi -she was great and so was her personality ! Thanks

I have been getting my hair cut from a stylist named Norma Jean, she is amazing and I always wait for her. She helped change my style a few years back and have loved it ever since, luv me some Great Clips....and thanks for the coupons, they are always appreciated.

The Hair stylist was very rude. Me and my child was trying to specify our requirements but she do not have the patience to listen. If this location needs to improve, she should be removed. She needs to know customer service

Walked in and was able to get both of my sons haircuts for school. The ladies were both very kind, and our stylist did an amazing job at getting each boy's cut just how we liked it. Thank you for the great service!

It’s OK it’s clean. I never find myself in a long wait when I do go there, however, I think for the basic haircut it’s a bit overpriced. I can get this done for $12 at another place with a little bit more of a wait. I can’t complain about the haircuts. I’m satisfied each time. I don’t get anything special but it’s just paying a little more for convenience in my opinion

I had a horrible haircut so I called them to see if they could fix it. My hairdresser was Linda. OMG what a wonderful difference she did. I love my haircut. I'm going to be asking for her now. I highly recommend Linda

I tried to get a hair style done, I checked in online but there isn’t a section to choose hair style only. The lady that was going to “cut” my hair told me they couldn’t do just a hair style because it would take to long (all I wanted was my hair ran through very quickly with a straight iron and my bangs) due to them being short staff when I arrived there were 3 ladies working and an empty shop. There is nothing on the website stating they can’t do a hair style if they are “short staffed”. The lady that was going to “cut” my hair was older and told even if she just brushed my hair for me that it would be $35 and up . I’ve gotten my hair cut by a different stylist and never had issues before , I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she had red/maroon hair and was around her 50s or 60s.

Got an uneven cut and the lady clearly didn't want to work. I stated I wanted to take a lot of damaged length off so it would stop knotting up so easily. It had a few knots in it to take out and she complained she normally doesn't bother to cut it when it's like that. As if she didn't hear the reason I was cutting it. Then just hacked it short to the length I wanted but didn't even it out. Never have I ever had to specify to a stylist I want an EVEN haircut. I just paid and left to be out of there and will find someone else to fix it

They messed up my hair. It was a simple 3 mins haircut and she messed it up. The short lady with short brown hair doesn't know what's she's doing

They take care of my mom and kidos very well. Place has changed alot. Must be new owners. The environment didn't feel quite the same as I remember. Update 1/18/2023 went back today and Jean is back at this location she's one of the best and I highly recommend her. She always makes it a pleasant experience!!

Wanted a 4 on top and 2 on the side (the stylist was even the one who suggested it): proceeds to just cut all my hair off. I'm not giving it a one star because at least the service was friendly and the wait time was short. The beard trim was good as well.

Been going to this Great Clips for years and they always are fast and give great service. Normally Jean is the best and does a fantastic job every time.
