As always, I get great cut. Simple and quick. Arrived today early Dec 1st, Sunday walked in, a little noise from the fans to dry the floor from water leak. For some the noise would be distraction. Not for Cat. She was awesomeness. Cut is the same as my last visit. Attentive and focused. It is great to know I always get a great haircut!

What is the point of checking in online? When you get there the time to wait is different. Several times I show up with 0 wait and turns to a 15+ wait.

I took my daughter here for a hair cut, she is very careful with her hair and the stylist Nicole cut her hair. We left and as my daughter’s hair dried we noticed that her hair cut was uneven my daughter was embarrassed because a few people noticed the uneven cut. As I went back and the stylist Nicole saw us she already knew why we were there. They fixed her hair. But I mean for almost $40 for a hair cut after tip to have to go back and the stylist already knew why we were there made me upset because it seems it was something that happens a lot for this stylist

While the stylist had great customer service and was sweet, she did not cut my boys hair the way he wanted. She went too short, and tore up his neck when fading/edging up. Will not be returning.

I normally have a good experience. I come here a lot but this new management is terrible. Makes me not wanna come back. I'm mixed so my hair is a little more ruffer. I guess it wasn't combed out good and she starts talking to me crazy. It's one thing to give me advice on combing it better but she goes on to say "WE DONT SHAMPOO AND COMB OUT HAIR, THATS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO DO BECAUSE YOU TAKE AWAY FROM OUR CUSTOMERS THATS BEEN WAITING" and she said it SOOOOO rude. Even if I got a flat iron. A flat iron takes time, what is she gonna tell me the same thing? Never had this problem with the other ladies here or any other salon for that matter!!! Nothing GREAT about that

If I could leave zero stars I would. I don’t know why we continue to give this place a chance but we will not be back. The person cutting my son’s hair was in such a hurry they quickly brushed my son’s hair to the side. Missing a huge chunk of hair and nothing about this haircut makes any sense. Have to fix this by myself . My suggestion is have the people at this Great Clips go back to cosmetology school and get a new certification. If you can’t do your job properly then choose a new career.

This was my 3rd time here in the last 6 mos and I won't be back. It seems to me the 3 "thick" ladies, that are regular stylists here, run the place. I felt sorry for the one stylist, I think her name they said was Gina, as they were telling her who to work on. The sign shows the people in line & when "Gina" called the next person another stylist would chime in & say "oh no that person is next". It was obvious if there were multiple people waiting, the other stylists wanted to work on the men and were very flirty with them-I'm assuming for better tips. I saw Gina drop her comb a few times and leave the ladies she was working on for a drink of water. I think the poor thing was nervous. She definitely did not seem to be part of their little group. I see enough of this craziness at my own workplace, I don't need to see it when I'm going to haircut. I hope I'm wrong, but I have a strong feeling these ladies are not treating this other stylist very well. I cannot condone that and will not be back. If you're a man, it's probably a great place. And even if you are a woman - as long as there's not a big line of people you're probably fine as well. But this was a horrible experience. If I am right - shame on you ladies! We all need to make a living and work together.

Trying to find a convenient barber shop in my new neighborhood. Great Clips is my second effort to find a suitable barber. Before her death, my wife went to another Great Clips on Nacogdoches Road where she was always satisfied with their cutting and styling. Previously, for last 19 years my hair was cut at the Randolph Base barber shop. Today, went to Great Clips at this location. Happy with the barber, how my hair was cut, $15 price charged, & to be able to walk in without an appointment even though they suggest going online. Feel Great Clips by using computer/phone to assign waiting numbers & to text you when it's your turn, duplicates & loses the personal touch.

Always the place to go for a great haircut, especially when you have a coupon! $12.99 haircut. Not the best price in town, but reasonable. The stylists are always friendly. Maybe they just want a better tip. I don't know. I just feel better when I leave than when I came in.

Checked in at 4:20 and got there at 4:30 to find a sign saying they were closing at 4:3@ that day. Would’ve been nice to get a call since i know they have my number when i check in. Oh well other places to go get your hair cut

Received an excellent hair cut. As a new client, Amanda discussed with me what I would like cut/trimmed. She offered some helpful suggestions which I thought were perfect. I definately will recommend Great Clips & Amanda.
