this great clips location did not fail me I got exactly what I wanted. Very grateful the stylist explained my haircut and made sure I knew what I wanted instead of just cutting it. ♥️ 👏🏻 I got layers and curtain bangs.

Janie always makes it a great experience and a real treat to go get my haircut! Great clips needs to get rid of the time limit placed on the hair stylists though.

still tipped the stylist tried but did not meet my expectations. I can't believe the prices went up with crooked hairstyles. clean establishment and friendly service. It's just bad when stylist talk about the prior customers that left disappointed or they disagreed with their hairstyles. they need to be trained not to judge and be professional.

I walked in, not knowing the haircut that I wanted, but the staff was very insightful and reassuring. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I will return whenever I need any other hair needs. I'm recommending this location to my friends and family. Thank you!

I used to love Great Clips and they still give a decent haircut, but they raised their prices again. I can longer justify $20 for a haircut plus a tip. I'll have to find another place or only go when they have coupons which don't come out like they used to.

Haircut came out amazing woman who was cutting was amazing. It’s the other staff that makes you never want to return. From being snappy to being completely rude when asking a question. They did it all I don’t care how your day was it’s un professional. I lost so much a few days ago but I don’t go around taking it out on strangers. Worse experience ever! Other location is not even far from here so will take my business there next time. Will be contacting support cause we felt unwelcome.

We have had the best experience with our stylist at the Woodlawn location. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly and we just love the environment for our younger boys. Thank you for the patience you show our youngest 4year old and for giving our 10year that little extra boost of confidence in asking how he thinks he looks. He’s always happy leaving with his new style.

I have never had an issue with the location in woodland, however today I signed up online for a hair cut, I never got a text notification like I usually do head to the salon. I ended up getting a call from the store wanting to know if I was still coming, I explained to them that I was waiting for the text notification, and they asked me If I was still getting a haircut, I told them that I would need to go to the store. Upon arriving at the store I found out I had gotten deleted from the haircut Queque their answer was because I was there too long and they did not even offer to sign me up again. That is no way to treat a customer especially when you had spoken to them and they were aware of me not getting a notification. On top of everything is not that system erased it was them who manually erased me from the Queque. That is no way to treat a customer, I do not know if I will come back to this location at all.

I like this Great Clips, they do an excellent job and it is a good price to. $18 for haircut. Most barbers are charging $30 post covid.
