Aggressive stylist was very rough with my son, yanking his head around as she moved it. When I got back home, I noticed all of these clipper cuts on the back of his neck. I have never seen cuts like this on someone’s neck after a haircut. This is our second bad experience with the same stylist, the other one being during covid and my wife was not allowed to stand next to my 3 year old son that was nervous to get a cut. This is completely unacceptable, I can’t believe they still allow this lady to cut hair.

Pass This Place. Been coming to this location for a few years. My kids refuse to get their haircut here because they butcher them every time but I am cheap so I continued to go to this place. First off they are slow, really horribly slow at cutting hair. They don’t really cut hair good but a bunch of people treat this place like a deluxe salon and make appointments. Because of the appointments you will be next on the list for an unholy hell amount of time. Why have a sign up list just to let people sit and rot.

** Stylist mistook my dandruff for lice** I very infrequently will write a review but I felt people should know about the service received. I came in for a trip and after getting my hair shampooed and getting sprayed in the face with water (that can happen, so I wasn't very upset) the hairstylist started to brush my hair out. While combing the crown of my head she started getting more aggressive. She then called over her other coworker to look at the back of my head. She claimed she saw "something jumping." She immediately kicked me out of her chair claiming I had lice. I understand not being able to continue the service but she was completely rude and hostile to me. I payed for my shampoo and left and went and received an opinion from a medical professional. I had multiple Registered Nurses look at my hair. They informed me I did not have lice but simply dandruff. Lice do not jump as she was claiming and are prominently found at the base of the neck and then can work upward. Lice do not move when the scalp is agitated and differently, need to manually removed with force as they have a "sticky" quality that leaves them attached to the hair. They have to be slid down with entire length of the hair to be removed instead of unattaching with contact like dandruff. My scalp all the qualities of having dandruff NOT lice. The stylists in the salon were poorly educated and lacked any bit of compassion. While I understand the idea of lice is unpleasant, that is a risk that comes with the job of caring for peoples hair. Having lice is not a choice that someone makes. This could've been a great opportunity to show compassion for another human being but instead was an experience of aggression and unprofessional-ism. This was a horrible experience.

They absolutely ruined my boyfriend’s hair cut. He literally just got home to show me and is so upset. I can’t believe they would even allow someone to walk out like this. If you can’t cut someone’s hair and execute it properly you need to say that. This is ridiculous.

Great place for a haircut. You can go get an expensive haircut somewhere fancy but great clips will give you a great haircut at a great price.

No patience I have gotten a haircut for my son since they said that 5 yr olds are welcome but once he started getting uncomfortable with the cut. The lady giving the haircut kept trying to push us away even though she only did one side of his head and then after giving up she charged us full price even though she did half the job. What a bad location do not go here for kids cuts they just want money for no work. We were in the chair less then 10 minutes. I went to the one down the street near HEB and they were able to finish. Just shows you how tipping for the bare minimum is a waste. Stop tipping people who are only after the easy route. If you are not willing to try and give your all you need to be fired.

Moved from far northwest side of town to just north of downtown San Antonio off N. New Braunfels. Nancy of Terrell Hills location had all my info from database and did a great job. Thanks for easy transition.

I signed in online. When I arrived, they had given my appointment to someone else. They told me I would be next, then they let other people go in front of me. No manager on duty, told me they didn't know what to do. Not the first time they have messed up people appointments. Ridiculous.

Eddie has been my stylist for about 2 yrs now and this review is way past due. He’s good at listening to details and has a great knowledge of cutting hair. Efficient, budget friendly and easy to book online = Good location

Roslyn is great!!! Knows exactly how I want my hair cut. Never have to wait longer than 15 to 30 mins. I can walk to the great hardware store and see what they have walk back and she's ready for me. Best of both worlds!
