Roxie cut my hair today and totally ruined it, leaving it noticeably uneven in the back, with one section nearly two inches longer than the rest. The layers are choppy and inconsistent, as if they were cut at random. Despite my usual side part, she insisted on parting my hair down the middle. I requested a face-framing cut, but she failed to blend the sides properly—one side even has a noticeable chunk missing behind the ear. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of precision and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this salon.

Just trying to get my hair cut before my birthday party tonight. Checked in online at 4:18, given 34 min wait, 2 people ahead of me. Arrive at 4:48, one person getting a hair cut, the other waiting. Left at 5:07 with 2 people still ahead of me. Got a text at 5:15 saying there's only 15 minutes left to wait, cool! Respect people's time. Some people can chat and work and not lose any productivity. For others, their pace grinds to a halt when they chat. Just telling you what I observed. Will be looking for another location, which is not convenient for me.

We had a customer service issue, and the owner Jesse rectified it right away. We are grateful for this owner professionalism and quick service. Roxie and the stylists do great at short men’s haircuts!

I check in online. I got to the store 5 minutes before my waiting time it was another costumer after me and they called him before. So what the point to check in online if they are going to do first come first serve doesn't make any sense

Iive had two friendly barbers in the last year ive been going. Both cut well and I have been happy with both the time in the chair and their finished products.

Lindsey has been cutting my hair and doing a great job. She uses metal clippers and they do a better job than the plastic clippers most ppl use when giving a buzz cut. Plus, she’s easy going and there on the weekend when I like to get my hair cut. Highly recommend Lindsey

Went for a last minute haircut and was pleased with the experience. Great service and Neisha did an amazing job on my haircut. If you need a nice fade she's the one you should go and see! I will definitely be going back to get my haircuts.

I feel like the quality for all Great Clips has gone down hill. But, I do feel like this location is decent compared to the other locations I’ve tried in Chicago and Charlotte, NC.

We walked in with two wiggly girls in desperate need of trims, and Kim welcomed us with open arms (and lightning-fast scissors!). Not only did she give both girls adorable and age-appropriate haircuts, but Kim went above and beyond. It was the older one's birthday, and when she mentioned wanting braids, Kim whipped up the cutest hairstyle, all with a smile and endless patience. It was the perfect birthday surprise and made the whole experience extra special. The entire process was smooth and efficient - just what you need with impatient kiddos in tow! Last two times I've been here my hair was cut and styled by Kim. One of the sweetest and knowledgeable stylists I've experienced for any salon/barbershop. She is a great communicator from the beginning as she get an idea of what style you want. Then she explains what she is doing and makes recommendations to maintain your style. That is also to say she does NOT try to push products on you either. She is sweet, down to earth and will give you style recommendations to keep looking good.

New shop manager working by herself. She has no idea how to manage shop or give a haircut. I have been going here for over 10 years, but will not go back. I would advise others to do the same. The owner needs to fix this problem quick.

Wow!--Freaking amazing cuz I thought I had found my last hairdresser in SA. Yall know how alot of ppl confide in their hairdressers like bartenders, well that's what I was doing with this gal named Liz. Come to find out she's my brother-n-law's daughter but never told me and that's cuz I met her at his house n didn't remember her. U'd think she could've/should've told me!--Oh well, I dropped a BOMB/SECRET on her, yipes!--That's WHY she should've told me all those times I went there as to WHO she was!--Tacky!!--Needless to say, I won't be going there anymore!!
