This review is all credit due to Neisha and the service we received in her chair. The first time we came was on a fluke because we couldn’t get a barber appointment same day and I am so happy because we found such a star here. She took the time to run through everything I said with my kid, talked them through the haircut, took additional time to confirm lengths and was just the kindest most welcoming human ever. Not to mention the haircut is fantastic- on par with any lifelong barber we’ve used. Great clips is lucky to have her on staff, she surely pulls regulars in the door- we will definitely be back again and again to visit Neisha!

The door clearly states that they close at 8. Drive up at 7 and one of the stylist was talking to someone in the parlor and told me they close at 7. Guess it’s Friday and they don’t want to work. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Went in thursday morning in dire need of a cleanup cut for a wedding,and boy did this place deliver.the 2 people,and I apologize for forgetting their names,were truly a delight. A plus in all regards. I made sure to throw back a few drinks for them,per request. Please keep up the work and next time I'm in town I shall return. Thank you!

3 stars only because Neishia was an ANGEL Alicia not only BUTCHERED my best friends hair (blunt chunky cuts and was in a hurry), she also extremely rudely spoke to her boss Neishia in front of EVERYONE (customers included). I was in utter shock and disbelief. Alicia should not be cutting people’s hair and absolutely should not be speaking to her manager that way. Unbelievable!!! Thank you NEISHIA for your kindness and help. I’m sorry you have to put up with such a rude and snarky employee.

Had an awesome experience! I forgot her name, but she a had a huge red bow like a 1960's look. She cuts hair bad@$$. So if y'all see her. You're 100 percent getting a safe/fast hair cut. I just regret not asking her what gel product she put in my hair. Its really good tbh

I am absolutely the pickiest most critical person when it comes to getting my hair cut. Most of the time my hair is a mess only because I can never get a decent hair cut. Today I met Virginia at this location and I am so very satisfied with this amazing hair cut. I look great. Ty Virginia

Walked into this location on the recommendation of a friend. Wow will be the first thing I share. I was greeted by the biggest smile and most warm welcome. felt like I walked into my childhood home. Neisha was her name and she made my afternoon and day. she was attentive to my difficult request. I have been told this by other stylist. she smiled and said sure baby i got you. she asked more questions than I have heard from other stylist and then began cutting my hair making suggestions that I have never thought of. she is uber professional with an easy smile and a comfort that feels like home. when she was done and showed me I was blown away she crawled in my head and drew out the best haircut I think I may have ever gotten. I don't say this lightly she is an artist and said something at the end that left a smile on my face. thank yiu for letting me play in your hair . most definitely Neisha as a matter of fact I walked out and sat in my car to share my experience. want a great cut, want a great customer experience, want to feel like you matter go see Neisha at the Great Clips on San Pedro.
