Been to this place twice and got a cut from 2 different people.Both times they did not cut my hair the way I asked. And they supposedly went to beauty school?! Never going there again. It was a simple cut. Trim my hair an inch, same length all the way around then layer it. Nothing like I asked 😠 I look like a boy. Short around the ears and longer in the back. So annoying 😡

Adriana was fantastic! One of the best haircuts I've ever had. Not bad for a 1st time cut from her either. Completely professional, attentive, offered suggestions when asked, but cut it the way I wanted! I will definitely be back. Hope I can make a reservation. $9.99 ongoing special, but I always tip big!

Hairstyle people are very nice but when it came time to pay they would not honor the coupon advertised on Facebook. There coupon system is a total scam. Will not return to this establishment.

I cut off over 5 inches of my hair and asked for an above the shoulder length cut. I wanted a straight cut with no layers or anything fancy. The male stylist (didn’t get his name) cut my hair uneven. There is a part shorter than the rest of my hair. The uneven part is in a place I couldn’t even until someone pointed it out to me. To see it, I have to get a handheld mirror and stand in front of another mirror. I’ve had this cut before and never had issues so I didn’t think to thoroughly check my hair when it was done. I went back to see if I could get it corrected. I understood and didn’t mind that I would have to pay to get it corrected, but didn’t feel like I should pay the full price. The manager would only give me $2 off which was ridiculous since it was a mistake done by one of the stylists that worked there. The manager also made me wait a long time just to tell me this. I am displeased with the service and skills of the stylist who cut my hair.

I do not recommend visiting this branch because I had a very bad experience today. The barber wasn't nice and he didn't do what I told him to do. When I made a remark to her, she dealt with me in a way that made me decide not to visit this branch

I have been going for quite a few years now and love it! Breanna always does a great job! During the past couple of years I have been in college down in Corpus Christi and I wait until I see Breanna because not only does she do a great job, but it is nice to have a good conversation as well. I would recommend her and this specific Great Clips to anyone.

The staff was rude, they also didn’t let water bottles in the lobby. They also closed early for no apparent reason.
