I usually have a good experience at this location and walk out with a decent haircut, but today was a different story. Just a heads-up: be cautious if you're seated with someone working in the back stations. The stylist I had today clearly didn’t know how to do a fade. My hair looked completely busted—stray hairs everywhere, uneven cuts, and just an overall mess. When she asked how it looked, I pointed out the issues and asked if she could even it out and clean up the stray hairs. Instead of fixing it properly, she slapped a guard on the clippers and started cutting my hair way shorter, still without blending the fade correctly. I had to stop her before it got any worse, otherwise, there wouldn’t have been anything left to fix. I asked for the manager, and thankfully, they were able to clean up the mess and salvage what was left. Big shout-out to the manager for stepping in, but this experience definitely left me cautious about who I sit with next time.

Quick service and no wait due to using the online check in. I was not 100% satisfied with the haircut I received because they didn’t do what I asked. I think she forgot since she was watching and coaching the stylist next to me (I’m guessing she was new). But the cut I got wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I asked for. I didn’t notice before I left because she didn’t dry my hair so it was still wet from being sprayed and I couldn’t tell until I got home. I have been there before and received good service and will go back, I will just be sure to ask them to dry it so I can confirm that the layering is done correctly before I leave.

The place is spacious, clean and nice. What I don't appreciate is when I cut my hair in a style I like and asked them to just do a little detail and make sure the cut is even and not choppy from how I already shaped it, especially the back since I couldn't see how to cut it, they cut HALF of it off. I had my hair past my hips and cut it to my shoulders, the night before, in a diagonal manner and was wanting them to touch up on it. Instead, they cut it up to my chin and cut it STRAIGHT ACROSS. If I wanted that I could do a style as simple as that with a machete Mulan style. I'm glad hair grows back but this was a huge changed and ruined what I wanted. I barely have enough to tie it in a ponytail. Letting my hair grow back to my hips and not letting anyone else touch it again.

5 Star service and haircut, Finding someone who can do a great job on your haircut and can do it consistently year after year is pretty rare, and Kimberly nails it each and everytime. I have been coming to her for well over a year and never had any issues. Kimberly goes to great lengths to make sure you have an amazing salon experience. She Is attentive to my hair and image ideas and goals. The salon itself is clean and stocked with the newest and greatest haircare products. Come by this location and ask for her You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely love getting my haircuts here! Kaitlin has amazing attention to detail and really takes the time to listen to what you want. It always feels like she goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with the perfect haircut. Highly recommend!

I don’t typically leave reviews but after the service I received, I felt obligated to because it’s not often you come across Customer service like I received too often nowadays, and it was all thanks to my hair stylist Pamela Douglas. I’m typically a quiet person, but she made me feel comfortable and we had great conversation while I was getting my haircut, I will definitely a repeat customer here at this great clips going forward thank you once again Pamela.

I went to this great clips and wanted a haircut. Showed up and showed the stylist a picture of myself and told her this is what I wanted. She said my profile has a 3 and I told her I wanted it to look like the picture. So she takes her clippers and I felt like I was in boot camp because she dragged her clippers right down the center. I just sat in the chair and waited for her to finish because at this point she has taken Me to the rubicon. And at the end of this she asked if I liked it. I told her no and she thought I was joking. Well I didn’t have to pay even though I was I spoke with manager but she wouldn’t admit the fact that I showed her stylist what I wanted and I got the Temu version. I eventually called corporate and was told that it was franchised and would hear from the franchisee Never did. The picture with glasses is what I wanted and the one without is what I got

It's always great to go to a stylist and have to say a word! Denise knows how I like my haircut and never fails. Even when she asks me if I want to see my hair closer with a mirror, I say no. If she's happy with my haircut, then I'm happy... 10/10 recommend

My experience at this Great Clips has been amazing! Everybody is super nice! My stylist Kim Ledesma is very courteous and professional she always makes me look amazing every time I get a haircut therefore I continue to constantly go back to her every time I go in period this location should have more Kim ledesma's working there! Took my daughter, that is special needs for a haircut at this location. Kimberly worked on her hair. She was patient and through with cutting her hair. The haircut looks so cute!!! 10/10 will come back again for future haircuts.
