Friendly service on arrival. I did not have an online appointment which would have made checking easier. The haircut went well and was fast..kid looked much better afterwards. I obviously did NOT look closely at the haircut. The next morning after combing out his hair, the bangs had a very obvious slant to them. No hiding it. I had to do some hair cutting to even it out. His sister noticed it across the room. I can forgive the unevenness on both sides and the big chop out of one side but the bangs was a no go. Won't be back to that hairdresser. Thank you.

Very disappointing staff at this location. I called to see if a particular person was working and was told they were. After checking in and driving 15 miles the staff said she was off. I think they are just being haters of the stylist who has a greater clientele. It's so sad.

Gets the job done. Used to be pretty cheap but now extremely expensive for the service. But this isnt the only place that raised in prices and thats just inflation so it isnt really their fault. I wouldn't say the hair cut was good but it got the job done; hair was cut.

This is our go-to place for our two boys. I love that you can join a waitlist before you get there and they keep track of your past haircut preferences. It’s a really great place for kids.

Haircut from Melissa Villarreal. She was such a professional hairstylist with a great attitude and had a great conversation while interacting with her. I can tell she loves her job and she does fantastic work. I will be returning to this location because of her great professionalism and service. Thank you big shout out to Melissa great job and absolutely love my hairstyle. Five stars for sure.

Upon checking in on line. I arrive on time and when I enter there is a worker always tells me we are closed . I tell her that that I’m on time and tell her it’s not closing time yet. She then gives me an attitude as tells me well if you checked in I guess we can see you. This has happened more than once. If they don’t want my business I guess I have to go somewhere else. I know this post will go up and nothing or no one will respond or even care. That just shows you what kind of ownership they have. Google needs a half a star.

I called ahead and asked if they could provide the services I wanted and when I arrived they decided they didn’t want to anymore, before straight up telling me they didn’t want to do it initially they tried to deter me by up charging the services, then telling me, they don’t have the people, while they had four people on the floor, only one of which had a client.

They are not willing to do thicker hair even if you call before hand to ask and make sure they will do it. Don’t waste your time or gas. Very unprofessional.

Been going here recently and each time have been a good experience. The stylists understood what I was wanting and even had more accurate names of the kind of cut I was wanting. Great knowledgeable stylists here 👍🏽

I am a regular customer for this location since 2 years but today evening i felt very bad when i took my son for hair cut. One of the lady was so rude and don’t have much patience to handle the kids for a hair cut.

I had a positive experience at Great Clips. Melissa provided friendly service in a clean and organized atmosphere. The fast service, convenient online appointments, and acceptance of walk-ins were appreciated. Additionally, the availability of a clean bathroom enhanced the overall experience. I would definitely recommend it.

I had trouble with the Indan lady that wearing glasses I don’t know her name, she messed up my hair, also she refused to get me military discount as I used to. Baaaaaaaad service , never come back😡😡

Love my hairdresser Diana. I have followed her from three different GC locations. I appreciate the fantastic cut she gives me and appreciate that GC provides keeps their prices reasonable. I love the app which allows me to set up my place in line. I never seem to wait more than 5 minutes after I arrive.

this is the worst place to get a haircut i swear they did like the worst job ever on me i came out crying from that stupid building. they messed me up so hard its not even funny im not going outside of my house until my hair grows back. dont ever go to great clips please
