Whats the purpose of a wait list/ check in if the stylist will pick someone that was behind us. My child was next and yet someone that was 4rd in line gets preferentual treatment . We all have schedules to keep and and if Great clips doesn't keep to there own guidelines is just bad management. Don't go by the expected wait time the stylists have preference who they will see. Expect a 30 to 40 min wait.

I asked my stylist for thinning, layering and curtain bangs. She nicely cute my bangs being gently but thorough. She was very nix and told me that curtain bangs have two styles, pie and straight (I think) I did the straight one. If you have straight hair you can do it but it’s going to be flat, anyone else it looks amazingly on because of volume! Coming back for a trim again!

Went in with my long beautiful hair and asked that the lady who cut my hair to trim it down to eye level and add some layers and she then proceeded to cut almost all of my hair off so now my hair doesn’t even reach my eyebrow. Never coming back and I’m highly upset with the service.AND ITS UNEVEN

Finally a place where people listen and know how to cut hair! I can't remember the last time (if ever) I had a male cut my hair, but Iverson did a GREAT job fixing years of botched hair cuts from several different locations. I wanted an inch cut off to even out the layers and once the manager (Jay) over heard he stepped in to make sure I was going to get what I wanted. Iverson did exactly what I was asking prior stylists at other locations to do and made my hair feel and look the way I wanted. He has earned a customer for life!!

Great service and great staff. The Great Clips corporate setup for checking in online, pushing you to use their app and website having people walk in after you, go before you is broken and should be changed. Especially when the monitor says 120 minute wait with only 1 customer actually in the store. You can sit and wait while they have to wait on people showing up then taking them first. If that was corrected this company would be 10/10. Aside from that this store and location is incredibly clean and has super super cool barbers! I've had my hair cut by just about everyone at this location and they are all top notch. Update: this place is still awesome. Super cool staff. The parking situation is terrible since they are tearing up the access road but once you're in it's good.

I live out by Valley and Kalison Ranch. Went to that great clips and one of the stylist gave me some advice on how to stop losing hair. Leave In conditioner and stress. Loved it . Thank you

The amount of things I heard against america and it’s military was absolutely flabbergasting. The stylists were okay. The check in online was fine. However, the receptionist Oliver was very loudly spewing his anti american and anti military rhetoric the entire time I was there. He would check in people and then sit on the first chair next to the stylist with the dreads to watch videos and continue his tirade. They were both very loud and while the stylist with the dreads never said anything offensive, he did keep asking Oliver the receptionist to speak more about his opinions. Among many other things, Oliver stated: -While a gunshot is survivable, I am not fighting for America. -The Chinese would love me. -I am not going to let them draft me. If they try I am going to cut off my leg. -I am going to put a black tarp on it and lay on the street, they can’t deploy me without a leg and I can get special parking after. It was endless and the other two female stylists looked extremely fed up. They didn’t even talk. I am not sure if they are aware that they are surrounded by neighborhoods full of veterans, some of which have lost limbs at war. The lack of professionalism on full display at this location was indescribable. Do better.
