I recently got my hair cut at Great Clips, and I’d rate the experience a 4/5. The quick service and high-speed machinery made it super convenient, but I felt the process was a bit rushed, and the customer care could have been more attentive to my preferences. On the positive side, the pricing is reasonable, and their coupons are a great bonus—they make the experience even more budget-friendly. Overall, it’s a solid option for a quick haircut, though a little more personalization would make it even better.

People don't come to this location. I got my haircut by steaven.he cut my hair really fast pulling ny hair the top just 3 cuts done and I was Messed up my hair .they try turn you away from mirror..don't let Steaven cut your hair

They always over book appointments!!! 45mins to an hour over appointment time!!! And dont try to do a walk in wait time is 2 hours or more most of the time!!

Waited for the store to open and was second in line and checking in. The 4 employees took folks that arrived and checked in after me because they were friends. So much for checking in as a first come first serve. Won't be going back to them, even after going there monthly for 15 years.

They messed up my haircut, ruined my entire hairline, made me get a bigger forehead, the place is not a good place to go to for a haircut. I would rate lower but It won’t let me that.

A year ago I decided to quit buzzing my hair after 25 years of keeping it buzzed for the military or farm work. The stylists at this place have been doing an amazing job for the past year. Yesenia does an especially great job with the layered cut needed to control my straight, dense hair. Keep up the great work everyone!

Absolutely adore my hairstylists at the location on GALM ROAD. Vanessa and her entire team are excellent with my children. My boys feel comfortable getting their haircuts 💈 with them and they're courteous and efficient. Thank you!

I've been going to this same location for 2 years now. I know I'm going to get a great haircut every time. The manager there is Crystal, who seems to know everyone who walks in. Every single stylist and barber who work there are very good at what they do. Vanessa, Nancy, Jeremy Debony, and all the others are very welcoming. I tell every person that I know about this place.

Love the great clips on galm Rd. Every time I go there I always have a good experience my last stylist was Nancy not only did she do a great job with my haircut but she was very accommodating. The young man that works at The front desk his name is Jett is very informative and has great customer service skills.
