I give credit when/where it’s due and want to give Lara who actually works at the Boerne location but happened to be at Leon springs location which is off of I-10. She’s now the only person that’s going to be touching my head with any scissors or clippers. I unfortunately have had to cut,buzz my hair due to too many places hiring people who have zero style and couldn’t cut paper right with a new pair of scissors. Yall (owners of hair cutting stores or the ones hiring , need to hear that. “Stop hiring people who can’t cut” Lara now , I knew when I sat in the chair and , with very few words of explaining the simple cut I was praying I’d receive , that Lara was going to make me walk away Happier than fly on S@?t. Not only did she do a great job , but she kept things professional and made sure I was happy. I’ll be looking forward to driving out to the Boerne location to get my hair cut from here on out. Make sure to stop in at Great Clips whether it’s the Leon springs or the Boerne location where Lara will be working at and give her a try. Yall don’t go messing things up For me by trying her and great clips out and finding out that she kicks butt at cutting and also has a heck of a personality. I better not be screwing myself over here to where now I’ll be having to wait in a long line for my turn with Lara. Thank you very much.I can’t wait until I need a cut again so I can come see you. You made a rough looking fellow like me , look pretty nice I think.

They have an app that you could make your appointment on and they tell you exactly how long it’s going to be till you’re gonna get a haircut so you can pretty much go on with your business and go flying in there a couple minutes before your time in the chair you go Very convenient. People are super nice always had a good experience.

I always get my haircut with Rose Peralez at Great Clips on Boerne Stage Road in León Springs. She is simply the best and I will wait on her anytime no matter how long I have to wait. She is such a beautiful person inside and out and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. We carry on many conversations during my haircuts that it just feels like I am with a family member just talking about life. I won’t ever go anywhere else or with anyone else as long as she is working with Great Clips.

Absolutely terrible hair cut. Not at all what I asked for. The lady chopped off hair not at all to the picture I showed her. I even have a profile how I get my hair cut and she just stared chopping hair. Extremely dissatisfied!

Was greeted as soon as I walked in nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rose did a trim in my hair, and was very sweet and helpful with product suggestions. Overall I'm happy with the trim 😃.

I came in to get my haircut and I was greeted as soon as I walked in And the place was clean and well managed. Loretta was the stylist who cut my hair I showed her picture what I wanted and she did exactly as the picture. I will be referring my friends to this location.

Sage does a great job - consistently. I am a man with straight, fine hair that is very difficult to blend neatly. It is nice to not have to worry if it will look good when I go to Sage

The Great Clips-Leon Springs has exceptional customer service from the time you enter the door and greeted. The wait time was short and Loretta, the stylist has a very friendly personality was did an excellent job with my haircut.

Nice ladies. Quick appointment with no waiting. But I’m disappointed that the lady kept cutting my hair shorter even though I said I only wanted an inch now I’m stuck with a Dutch boy haircut for my round face. For the price I can’t be too disappointed.

Up charging people for a small undercut. Then I called and asked about it and they straight up don’t care. I said I wouldn’t be returning and they said that’s great so they don’t value your business.

Though there is a great clips near my house I drive across town in order to have Loretta cut my hair. She always does a good job and is very pleasant to chat with during my haircut. The shop is always clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend this place - especially Loretta. All of this is still true. I still drive across town to get my haircuts from Loretta. I still highly recommend this place.
