Went in for a haircut, and had one of the worst experiences. The employee cutting my hair made me feel horrible about my hair and another employee not cutting my hair was joining in. Was paying for a service to cut my hair, not feel horrible about it. Some of their employees need improvement in customer service skills I will not be returning to this location.

Lily cut my hair today, and she did a great job! She was very mindful about cutting too short, and had me check in on the length a couple of times throughout. She also told me about a coupon offer that I wasn’t aware of, and saved me more money! I was in and out in under 30 minutes on a Thursday morning.

I recommend this place to everyone. It's way better than other salons I've been to. I can't stop looking at my hair and admiring it after I got my haircut from Milena. I've also been getting compliments from others. I could tell my hair was in good hands after sitting in her chair and letting her work on it. The layers and bangs are perfect. They suit my face so much and look very neat. I don't think any other place compares. I'll be recommending this specific salon to my friends. I trust the stylists here, especially Milena. I'll definitely be coming back here when I need a haircut.

Excellent quality haircut by Dong, very efficient but thorough. I liked it so much I went home and brought our 4yr old in for another cut! He did a great job with my squirmy boy.

First time here. Came because I had seen good reviews on Google. Towards the end of the cut, I asked for some attention to detail, blending, lineup. Instead, barber replied that, “He was done”. Haircuts are about customer service. Not the case for me at this Great Clips. Hope this review saves anyone else from a bad experience.

Sofia did a great job on the haircut. I an really happy with my new haircut. And amazing deals too for 12.99 for this week. Highly recommend great clips at scripps poway parkway.

I have been seeing Lily at Great Clips ever since the Covid lockdowns ended. She moved to this new location about a year ago, and I followed her there even though it is a few miles out of the way for me. Lily is an excellent hairstylist- always taking her time and paying attention to detail with a smile. I routinely get compliments on my hair after seeing her. Highly recommended!

Really convinient and well managed hair cut place with friendly staff, and clean stations. We always get timely service with appointments and walk in checkin. Waiting areas are super clean and comfortable as well!

Came today to get long layers and the lady who cut my hair was very very very kind and knowledgeable. I’m always scared to cut my hair because it’s very long and hairdressers always want to cut extra length even when I ask not to. But she listened to me and did a very good job! Considering the price too, it’s amazing. Also, the man who was working with her today is such a happy and professional person. He made my day 🩷

Milena is wonderful she's very knowledgeable with the latest Styles and is always ready and willing to go above and beyond every time I get a haircut from her I get compliments left and right she is definitely definitely doing what she was meant to do on this earth that is for sure if you want a wonderful haircut go to her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
