I went to the salon in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. I was a walk-in. My stylist was Tatyana. Having spent considerable sums on expensive haircuts over the years, you can't go wrong if you get the right stylist at Great Clips, and Tatyana meets and exceeds all qualifications for a great stylist. You won't even notice the quality difference between a high-end, expensive salon because there isn't any. A few weeks ago I saw a friend who had just gotten her hair cut and I thought she must have gone to a pricey salon. No, she went to Great Clips in Diamond Heights. My hair is short and I thought it'd grow out if it were not perfect. To say that I was amazingly pleased and impressed is the understatement of the century. Great Clips is a no-fuss, no pretensions place, but the bottom line is, that the end product is what you are looking for. I highly recommend this salon and ask for Tatyana. She has great style and design talent.

Excellent location with fabulous parking, hours and stylists. I’ve been going to this Diamond Heights Great Clips for over 15 years and have NEVER been disappointed. Over that time prices have crept up but still a great deal less than my previous many different boutique stylists. My favorite is Nancy who is quite skilled, personable and always happy. It is a good feeling when one finds a good reliable and necessary service in your life. This Great Clips with Nancy is a true gem.

I have visited The Diamond Heights location for 15 years. I finally found my stylist - Nina - who is an incredible partner. She is friendly, knowledgeable and has a great pulse of customers needs and trust. I was hesitant to share my stylist 😝 but she is well worth the recognition.

I've been going to Tatiana for years (I followed her here even from a fancy salon). She's really great and gives me a perfect haircut, especially now for a very reasonable price. And she's hilarious to talk you and very friendly. I'm a loyal customer of hers and will continue to follow her.

If I could give a 0 starts, I’d definitely do it! It has been the worst experience I have ever had in a Great Clips location; They don’t care about customer service and my haircut was so poorly done, that I had to go to another place after wasting not only my money, but my time coming in to this place. NOT RECOMMENDED. I was there on June 8th, about noon.

What an absolutely BIZARRE experience. This place is HORRIBLE. Tatiana is unprofessional, rude, and just down right NASTY! She was extremely careless with the clippers and scissors while she was cutting my hair. She made me feel guilty for even coming in for a hair cut. She made me feel as if I shouldn't be there. Then, to top it off; she completely butchered my hair. She didn't listen to what I told her. I asked for her to take a weeks worth of growth off and she took finger length. When I pointed out that she cut it too short she argued with me and told me that I told her "finger length". No, ma'am. . I did not say finger length. Then she shrugged it off and said, "oh well, in a week it will grow back". What a disgusting feeling I had in the pit of my stomach when I left this dump of an establishment. FIRE TATIANA.

I liked the haircut I got from Nina at Diamond Heights about a month ago. I'm not at all happy with the one I got from Tina today. She didn't do what I asked and cut it much shorter than I told her too. I told her to take about a half inch off and she just buzzed away at it with clippers, taking much more off than she was supposed to. I'm quite angry about this.

Was told we don't know how to cut that kind of hair! I'm an African American Woman with curly kinky hair. I had to ask for Manager and threaten to sue for discrimination. After that two ladies helped cut my hair. My experience wasn't nice at all. How doesn't a professional person that graduated from hair school don't know how to spray and cut hair or does the shop just don't like black people?
