Connie rushed through my haircut, leaving my hair uneven. I wish she could've been a little more patient. I don't recommend this place.

I was at one great clips and the wait was 90 minutes. However, I looked up another and there was only one person in the queue. When I arrived, the queue was longer but I quickly scanned the qr to get into the queue. I really like their queuing system. It's easy to use and visible at all times in each Great Clips

Extremely arrogant duo working there. If it's the guy cutting your hair - good luck. Not well trained and extremely rude when you request any modification. The guy wants to get it done under 5 min and laughs in a taunting manner when we ask to cut it as per our needs. Never going back here.

This is my third visit to this hair salon before that I had a man's hair, everything was fine, but the third time I came, the hairdresser was in a hurry, mockingly, I told her that I couldn't meet too short and showed her the photo as it should be, but she ruined everything and was rude to me, I won't come here anymore

Thao has been my hair stylist for so long that it is hard to think about finding someone else. She can do it all. My hair cuts are even everytime and never dissappoint. I would highly recommend Thoa to style your hair and will achieve the look you have been looking for. Not only that, she can replicate your vision every single time. She is an artist in her craft and always welcoming. Thank you for all the hard work in keeping me looking fresh.

Do not cut it from the guy there. He got some attitude and cuts the hair blindly. He just want to get he haircut under 5 mins no matter how bad he is cutting the hair. When asked to do some changes laughs for the request and show’s attitude before acknowledging it. Totally disjappointmenting experience.

Hair Stylist Thao is a professional with lots of experience she can cut short or long hair and she can cut hair wet or dry. I’m so happy I found her.

If you want a cut, sure. If you want a specific style, forget it. They don’t understand the style even when shown pictures. $23 for a haircut is a bit much when they can’t get it right.

Kelly is extremely talented and I get compliments after every haircut! In these last few months since I've found Kelly my hair has been so easy to manage. Kelly has become a friend, and a fun part of my community, that I look forward to catching up with every 3 weeks (I try to stay on her good side by not waiting a 4th week lol). This location is amazing! I really appreciate Kelly, Anna and the whole team as they make me feel super welcomed during every visit!

Kim did an awesome job on my haircut. This is the first place I’ve ever been to that the stylist actually knows what they’re doing. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for horrible haircuts to now have amazing haircuts, thanks to Kim. Highly recommend coming here.

I really like Great Clips at Brokaw Rd, this salon had a warm and friendly atmosphere. The stylist was friendly and professional. Haircut was clean quick and of great quality Thank you Thao. Would come again for next haircut. Highly recommended.

The worst service that I have ever had. The barber handled my head too rough and acted as if I didn't pay for the cut. His face was so straight and mad. He didn't treat me well as a customer. He even didn't clean the hair that covered my face with the dryer and said done. Definitely will not come back.

When searching spur of the moment for a hair cut, I came upon Great Clips located at Brokaw. Amazingly, I met hairstylist Kelly, whom is professional. She clipped, styled my hair exactly what I expected!

I highly recommend Thao! I’ve always gone to her to get my hair cut and she always does an amazing job. She always gets the style I want just right. She’s also great to have conversations with, as she’s super funny. Her product recommendations are great too, she matches products with my hair type super well. My hair gets wavy when it gets to a certain length, and I have always had trouble finding a good barber/stylist who can cut my hair the way I want it. I finally found one at the Brokaw Rd Great Clips who cuts my hair perfectly every time! Thao is the best stylist I’ve ever had, & I hope she never leaves.
