I had a very disappointing experience. The end result was completely different from what I asked for—uneven, rushed, and poorly done. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. There's also no way to book online and ensure you'll get the same stylist. I had a great experience with Helen on a previous visit, but this time it was the worst haircut ever

My Hair Cut Person does not have enough knowledge on ethnic hair and scalp. She did ok for the first time. However needs to training on proper fades when requested.

Great place to get a haircut! Professional, friendly and a comfortable place to be. Ellen always does a great job and I always feel confident with my new haircut. I highly recommend her. I refuse to go anywhere else!

This place is trash! You could cut your own hair better than any haircut “specialist” you will find here! Unless you like your haircut done by a guy on coke yes that’s a drug, or a woman that barely speaks english. They don’t even know how to do a low cut fade. It’s just sad. It’s 2024 and they don’t know how to cut a simple fade.I gave this place multiple chances. Do yourself a huge favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

My husband got his hair cut by Ellen today. He said she was very nice and has been cutting hair there for 8 years. He got a very good fade and looks great! Was a very clean place, pricing was transparent, and his haircut cost $30 overall. Easy to park at.

Very quick and professional cut. Simple rule for getting a haircut when on the road: reviews ranking over 4 or higher. At this salon @robin the owner manager is great.

Clean, adequately spacious hair cut place for Men and Kids. Helps if you are a regular at any of their locations around Bay Area. They store your phone number and your cut/styling habit. You can book a session online and use your time judiciously. This one is mostly run by women, and they try to placate the customers with pleasant conversation if there is a huge line of customer wait list.

The short lady was rude and unprofessional. Gave a choppy and hasty haircut then had the audacity to ask for tip. Wouldn’t recommend.
