The lady in whites today (10/20) just rushed through the haircut. Even though the previous haircut history was available from the same location, she outright claimed she don't know how much length to keep. I requested to atleast look at the photos to get a similar haircut. She turned out to be so rude, saying that you look out for length and sides and compare yourself, she can't do it. She didn't even care to match the sides in so much rush. Really disappointed and won't come back here.

I regret coming here customer services was horrible she cat my hair dry it looks uneven. I left feeling very disappointed.

I’ve been to this great clips a few times. Very clean and the stylists are polite and they listen to your requests. I recommend using the app to check in online. Cuts down the wait. I can show up and usually get seen as soon as I walk in

$24 for a women’s haircut. i just get a blunt cut and holly did a perfect job. they only spray the hair (no wash/blowout), so you can wash your hair at home before hand. i will be returning to this salon from now on because the service is fast (10 minutes) and affordable.

Do not come here if you like your hair. I had to go to a second hairdresser to fix what they did because I didn’t want to come back to have them mess it up even more. The lady was rude, and didn’t understand what I wanted. The second hair dresser I went to said it looked like I cut my hair at home. Worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I’m not usually one to complain about a service either, and not super picky about my hair.

Do you want your haircut? Do you want friendly people? Do you want to go to a clean place? Did I mention they're friendly here? I don't know if I could say that I got my haircut because I shaved my head but it was very nice they're very sweet very friendly. I would definitely come here again to get my haircut. Did I mention they cut hairs here? They're slightly around the little corner so you may overlook them if you're not paying attention but otherwise I would recommend it if you want to get your haircut with friendly people!

I am super picky about my hair, but great clips seems to be awesome. I originally went to the one in Capitola but I’ve been to a few down here in San Jose and they all seem to be really good. They’re definitely definitely better than Supercuts.
