I know that English is not everyone's native language. But I couldn't understand the guy who gave me the haircut. I have the coupon and he gave me another coupon, he explained to me about the coupon but I barely understand what he said. My haircut was not super but ok.

I've been getting my hair cut here for almost ten years. Julie is a gem, and always works with me to modify my cut over time. I always ask for her, and she's worth any wait! 5 stars for her. 1 star off as I have had other people cut my hair on occasion, and it can be hit or miss -- not quite what I wanted, or uneven, too short, etc.

Great place for haircut! I am a regular customer here for many years. The service is always great and very welcoming. Very detailed oriented and they explain how they going to go about cutting the hair. Always had a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

Okay, on October 17, 2024, my son and i and it had a 0-minute wait time. We thought, "Great! The others have a 58-minute or more wait time." I checked in online. We walked in and were the only name on the monitor. I was speaking with the lady, and my son was communicating with the gentleman. They were getting frustrated with each other (language barrier), so the lady and I resolved the reservation and made them stop arguing (lol). So, I requested that the gentleman cut my hair because I could relate to the old man better than my son. My son sat in the lady's chair, got the white tape and cape all buttoned up, and all of a sudden, like a superhero, he jumped up and ripped his cape off. With the look of a superhero in distress, he mumbled the words, "Jack this s$!t!" and stormed out of the store, leaving an eerie, empty feeling in the room. The nice lady said, "What happened?" (with her arm up in the air). The old man just continued to cut my hair, and I said, "He's very sensitive about his hair." When the old guy was done with me, I looked worse than when I walked in (lol). I thought, "Oh no! What am I going to do?" He cleaned it up a little, but I'll survive. Don't go there unless you can tolerate poor communication and hygiene. 💇‍♂️✂️😅

I want to be nice but this place is honestly awful. They cut my hair way too short and completely different from the photo I asked for. When I got home and looked in the mirror there were red marks or razor burn on the back of my head. I have been here so many times and each time I exit the door, I feel the opposite of how I should. Haircuts are supposed to bring confidence, but the haircuts I got here made me get bullied at school each time.
