Employee was nice but I paid 20 bucks for a dusting when I asked for my dead ends to be taken off. Literally asked for the simplest haircut which is a all one length, I was left with my front part of my hair on my shoulder never cut... he combed it back and cut straight across. Did not even bring it to the front to see how it would look.... I now have to go get it cut elsewhere again. I will not be back, this experience was comical at best.

For the first time since coming here, I have been standing at the desk to check in and been completely ignored. They have greeted customers, they have checked out customers and they have avoided eye contact every single time. This is a sign of how a business that had to offer $5.99 haircuts to get people in, now ignores the people who came in when they had no customers. Terrible !!!!

The worst haircut I've ever had. I told her to not take to much of the length off. It wasn't until I got home that I realized she skinned me. Would never recommend Great Clips to anyone. And, it's not cheap, you would think a lower end place like this would be reasonable but you would be wrong. Inexperienced employees, guess I learned a lesson, I won't be back. 👎👎

Shout out to Stella who helped our nervous teenager commit to a cut for the new school year! Patty was great with our youngest who had only had her hair cut once before, and Becky was very accommodating with the kids when it was time for Mom's cut too. They were all wonderful and made us each feel special even while they were busy with several appointments and walk-ins. Back to school haircuts while we visit Sarasota may be a new family tradition! We hope these girls are still here next year 😁 Thank you!

Extremely happy with my visit today. Used online check-in and had minimal wait. I received a warm and friendly greeting. I noticed new faces there today. Some new stylists and manager I don't remember seeing there before. Sue did a great job with my hair cut. Friendly and professional and she does excellent work. I highly recommend this location.

First haircut amazing went back 6 weeks later & got a chop job. Worst haircut I've ever had completely inconsistent supposed to keep notes so you get the same cut but I didn't I went back to have someone else fix it & she made it even worse got a refund & asked for the tip back never again a dog groomer would have done a better job stear clear of this place

Very disappointing Anna always does my hair was told she retired told the lady I wanted a short bob and she kept telling me she could do something totally different and I told her that's not what I want I asked if someone else could do it and was told that she new how I left before she could touch my hair I will never go back to great clips again very rude staff if you want your hair styled go somewhere else they only no how to cut hair not style it

Came in, checked in online. No wait which was great! I showed the stylist what I wanted. It was a simple almost shoulder length bob. It was cut way too short, above my chin, didn't get styled. She said I can play with it at home so I felt she was rushing bc other people were waiting. I explained I didn't mind paying extra for styling. I'm not happy at all and will not be back. This has happened twice now.

Prompt service. Good price. Good haircut. Friendly staff. I especially appreciate the online check in. It pretty much eliminates the wait when you get there. Tip: If you can wait for a coupon to show up online, in the mail or in a flyer, it's an even better price!
