They turned me away claiming people are waiting even tho there’s no customers there. They can’t manage their pipeline online and turned me away with 45 mins left til closing. Odd.

Rude, terrible attitude from customer service, will never come again. Please provide a professional training for them to be nice to customers. It is good place, but the new people are not willing to do a good job!

Great clips is pretty inconsistent in general but this location is the worst, especially because they try to just cut your hair in 5-10 mins without any inputs. Just drive further out if you can and go to one of their less packed locations, and you’ll thank yourself later.

I had a terrible experience. The hairstylist was an Asian lady, she couldn’t speak or understand English. She rushed through the haircut, finishing in under 10 minutes. When I pointed out that it wasn’t what I had asked for, she hastily attempted to fix it in just 2-3 minutes. She pulled my hair painfully while combing. The haircut is so uneven!

Terrible experience. The asian guy cutting my hair was unbelievably rude—didn’t want to listen to a word of what I wanted. He went ahead and cut it the way he suggested, even though I specifically said I wanted it longer. When I pointed it out, he snapped at me and said it’s the length I asked for. Also the eye rolls and rude talk when asking me to move my head a certain way….Absolute nonsense!! On top of that, he couldn’t understand or speak English properly. Great Clips, I’m all for diversity (I’m a POC myself), but seriously, hire people who can actually communicate with customers. This was an absolute disaster.

Very happy with my experience here. Never a very long wait time and haircuts are affordable. Tully cuts my hair and he does a phenomenal job. I'll definitely be coming back regularly.

I’ve been coming to My-The for over two years now, and she is absolutely fantastic! She has an incredible attention to detail, and I always leave feeling great about my haircut. My-The listens carefully to what I want and nails it every time, making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable barber. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Last week I was checked-in by Ms. Zusie (hope I spelled it correctly). She was quite welcoming and very patient with me. The work she did was splendid and my haircut was top notch. Would be coming back again soon.

Perfect neighborhood haircut. I’ve been going here every month for a year now and regardless which of the 3-4 different people I’ve had cut my hair, I love it every time. Also best price you’ll find in Queen Anne.

I’m giving 2 stars because at least they didn’t mess my hair up. The lady that cut my hair didn’t do what I asked, it felt unprofessional and seemed she didn’t know how to cut my curly hair.

Terrible experience after getting mocked for my height by one of the employees named ***** . She was so rude and lectured us on the numbers of the haircut. Went here once before and loved it. Second time was Terrible. Never going here again and you shouldn't either. Definitely deserves 1-Star.

Terrible experience at this Great Clips location. The stylist cut my hair unevenly and completely ignored my instructions. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. Avoid this place if you care about your hair!

Unfortunately the employees at this Great Clips location do not follow the posted hours. Twice in the past few months I’ve checked in online and showed up within 10 mins (as the website advised me to do). Both times I showed up well before closing (today at 4:44), but the hairdressers had locked the door and ignored my knocks, and they also had scrubbed my name from the online check-in list. It’s one thing to tell customers their hair will take too long to cut and they should return another day, it’s another to blatantly close early and refuse customers business because you want to get off work. Corporate should inquire into how this location is being run, especially at the end of the day.

Worst customer service by Jamie. Checked in through the app. Got notification that my appt is in about 15 min, showed up 17 min later and was told that my line spot has expired and I’m in the back if the line (90 min). Quote “I don’t know what THEY (app) are doing. THEY shouldn’t do that”. Been a customer here for at least 5 years.
