$20 for them to mess up my haircut (cut where i didnt want to be cut, straight cut my clearly textured top & left one half of my head longer than the other side ) and tell me they can't do any sort of fade because they're "cosmetologist" and not "barbers". Should of went to sports clips.

First time I've been here. I'm not usually a big fan of chain locations, but my haircut was excellent the coupon price was very good and I also got a discount coupon for a future visit and I'll use that on November 11th when I come in for a haircut and then donate one to aveterans.

I brought my nana in without an appointment or online check in and one of the hairstylists took her immediately. Nana does use a walker and initially I was worried she wouldn’t be able to make it up a slightly steep “ramp” to the door, but with my assistance, she did alright. Hairdresser understood what nana wanted and did a fantastic job with her new hairdo. And quite quickly too!! Nana got the senior discount and she is already making plans for the next trip!

Quick and easy. Online check-in was down so they added me manually. Great recommendation from the stylist when I was looking for conditioner. As a trans person, I felt respected.

Took in a picture of what I wanted. It was an easy, longer pixie cut. The woman was scissore happy, and I walked out of there with the shortest haircut I've ever had in my life. I won't need another haircut for at least 6 months!

EDITED TO ADD: After 5 emails to customer service and a promise of contact by the franchisee….NOTHING!!!! Absolutely disgusted! I am not sure where to begin. I went in desperately needing a TRIM. My hair was midway down my back and wanted 3-4 inches off with LONG layers. I have thick wavy hair and too much off allows the awkwardly placed waves to poke out. Just wanted to clean up the ends. So... 3-4 inches off and long layers. That is it. Pretty straightforward or so I thought. I specifically asked for below my shoulders. That didn't happen. It now barely brushes my collar bone. Okay - it will grow out...whatever. Finally get done, pay (leaving a decent tip) and get home. Immediately start playing with the unwanted length and quickly realize the disaster of a cut - no CHOP - that I was left with... I know "you get what you pay for" but I did NOT pay for the horror that I am now living. I did not pay for the MANY chopped, uneven AWFUL layers. I didn't ask for half of my hair to be chopped off. I really want to get it fixed (if that is even possible) but am terrified that would require going even shorter. So instead I will do my best to "hide" the horror that is the back of my head. Before pic I am on the left and the HORROR I am dealing with now. HOW can someone that is trained manage to let someone leave their chair looking like this? I am fairly certain I could have done a better job myself.

This is the worst place I have ever been to I ask for a trim up top and they cut off two inches. I would recommend to no one to go get if you have long hair they will cut more than half your hair off. If you do go here don’t go to Danttie, she was the one who I asked for a trim and she cuts 2 inches off my top. She is the worst hair styles I have ever seen and it took her 3 minutes to cut my hair

I've been to this location a few times and have always had a wonderful experience. I went in at 9:00am on Thursday, 12/28 and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The stylist immediately jumped up to take my phone number and I had to tell her the number three times. She was shaky throughout the whole appointment. We did my wash and she asked me to tell her if the water was too warm and it was cold the entire time. It was the worst hair wash I've ever had - it felt like she was digging into my scalp. Then when we got to the chair, and I decided to only get a few inches cut off because I wasn't confident in the stylist. The way she cut my hair was so odd. She got so close to my head to cut my hair - I've never seen anything like it. Then she went to blow dry my hair because it was cold/rainy, and she held the hair dryer in the same spot on my head and it started to burn my scalp and I had to move away. She apologized, and then continue to blow dry my hair like that! I had to move like three times. She also used her fingers to comb out my hair while blow drying, which combined with my burning scalp was quite painful. Somehow the hair cut turned out okay and it seems even. I know you get what you pay for, but I come to Great Clips because I have pretty low requirements for my hair. I only ever get a few inches cut off and some slight layers - nothing complicated. If I go to this location again, I will surely walk out if this stylist is there.

The lady who cut my daughter's hair was beyond rude and should NOT work with children. She has no patience.
