Unbelievable. Called to verify that this location did hair styles for weddings and the woman I spoke with said yes but I would have to call the day of and get on the waitlist. Put names on waitlist, there was a 30 minute wait. Sent my daughter back for a partial updo and they told her they didn’t do hair styling on the weekend ?? What the H!! They are a hair salon! Very disappointing. Hair stylist seeing my daughter could care less that we had a wedding to attend the same day!! Rude!!

I took my son there to get a haircut and they helped me very quickly with my 5 year old son to get a haircut b4 school.

Misty cut our 1yo son's hair today. He was a hot mess times a 1000, but she took her time worked with us whole soothing him. She was absolutely amazing. Thanks

Got a haircut by Jimmy and he did an amazing job! Gave me a partial fade and told me to just keep talking until the haircut was perfect. Probably the best haircut I’ve had here! Gave him $10 and went above and beyond on the haircut

I cannot say enough good things about this specific Great Clips. Every single time I go I get a great haircut at a great price. Their work is excellent, their attention to detail is fantastic, and most of all everyone who works there is so kind, interesting, unique, and fun to talk to. Their operation runs very efficiently even if they are busy. This is the only place I would go personally to get my haircut. FANTASTIC JOB to everyone at the Oakville Great Clips.

Went in for a haircut and arrived at 5:30. Tried to check in on the app but It stated that they were no longer accepting appointments and they closed at six. Went inside and was declined service due to not having enough staff, yet before I left two out of the three stylists were smoking out back laughing and having a good time. Never again will I visit this location.

the staff is always friendly and professional. But without fail when your up next after checking in on line is another 30 minutes. Changed to Supercuts

use to have to bring a hat to where i was getting my hair cut for years. Thought this was the norm, start going to great clips. At first I wasn't happy with the cut, thought I would be wearing a hat again. Went to a different great clips and now I leave without a hat on, they really do a great job at the shop I go to now! thank you!!
