We checked in online, walked in and my daughter immediately was seated to have her hair cut. My daughter is 9 and wanted ALOT cut off. I was so nervous she wasn't going to like it, but she loves it! Not only was Gabby very nice but she was also lightening fast with no mistakes. I always take my daughter to great clips and it's been okay but I think I will switch to this location JUST because of Gabby. Great employees make the experience all the more better! Thank you 😀

Rachel at the Hampton village location is great at what she does. I hope she doesn't realize how good she is at cutting hair. If she ever does, she'd probably take her career to the next level somewhere that she could charge a lot more... AND I'D STILL PAY IT TO HAVE HER CUT MY HAIR!!!

Terrible wait times all the time. Always under staffed. The workers are very nice and always do a great job. But ownership should hire more people or sell the place.

The past three times I've been, I've gotten the same blonde lady who doesn't listen, especially on Saturdays. I'm sorry that I bothered you on a busy day, but it's the only day of the week I have available for this, and I don't deserve to be punished for that. She's way too rough and goes really fast like she doesn't give a crap. There's always uneven spots, and I don't think she knows how to blend. I've told her each time I don't want a hard part, and every time, she takes the clippers way too high and creates a hard part. Then she tries to fix it when I say something for the second or third time, and I give up and try to fix it at home. She takes way more off than I want, no matter how I explain it, and then I get to look like crap for a month. I have been going here for years, and once in a while, I'd get someone that isn't great, but never this careless and never three months in a row. I've never been so frustrated with a haircut. My partner has had the same lady as I did twice, and she messed up their cut too.

Latosha was Rude..actually yelled at me.. "Theres a note in the computer that says you want an inch off"(*not aware of "note in computer".when I questioned that she yelled " You want it or not????!!!).. Ok Latasha we All have bad days..Please Don't bring it to work..I get a haircut to brighten my day & feel better about myself. So much for that🙄 I Sincerely Hope whatever is bothering you gets better.❤

I have been coming here for a while several years maybe not as much during COVID but I'm back overall I've had for the most pretty good experiences until recently. I got my haircut a few days ago I came back to get it fixed and it's even worse The haircut is almost incompetence and I was told as I was questioning it oh once you wash it once you put product in it it won't look that bad. Well it looks even worse. Of course I called them up The manager did seem concerned the manager did apologize the manager did same sincerely apologetic. And I do appreciate that. I'm going to give them another shot The turnover rate is just too high and the talent is just not there.

The person for the online registration was late, so they took me in less than five minutes. The woman, Elisha, cut my hair and understood exactly what I meant. She was a pro. She and her co-workers were so pleasant. We all started joking and laughing yet they didn't "miss a beat." The discounts as a Senior citizen and military veteran are always appreciated.

This great clips is always great! But today I witnessed beauty. Rochelle, my stylist, had a customer who had a learning disability and was clearly comfortable with her. He asked her for help with a job application and her patience and kindness was overwhelming. She told him when she would be available to help him next weekend. When I sat in my chair, I told her how kind she was, and she said that he’d come in a few times and she’d given him a haircut. But it was her conversation with him as just a human being that was so beautiful. How lovely to see a soul like this💜

I've been here three times and I keep getting the safe lady who's clippers rip your hair out and does whatever she wants. I just left there and complete chunks of my hair were not even cut. I feel like a dog with menge. I ask for a squared off back and she rounds it. She complains about my hair that NO ONE ELSE HAS ISSUES CUTTING. Last time I went I said "I'm trying to grow out my hair please just trim the ends" and we cut it down to 1". Again, she rounded the back. First time I went her clippers were exceptionally dull and it was a painful experience. Go somewhere else.

Fast and efficient but not always the best men’s haircuts. I often clean up the cut a bit once I get home by shaving more around the neckline and softening some unblended lines/sections up top. Today the lady just kept talking which I found annoying. She also missed a dozen long hairs between my ear and hairline where she trimmed. Just lazy.

My husband, son and I all went in. Got our hair cut. I was very pleased with my cut, and appreciated Kristen's honesty when I asked for a certain cut. I'm glad she didn't just do what I asked. My husband and son's hair/beard trim was perfect! Thanks ladies! I apologize, I forgot the stylist's name that did my son's hair, but she did an amazing job as well!

I will never go back to this location. Several stylists have attitudes, not friendly at all & offer no advice. Act like they don't want to be there.

My daughter has a movement disorder and after I explained it to the hair stylist, she worked her magic and I think it turned out great !!!
