I have been cutting my hair at this location for many years, but today I had totally different experiences . Lady called my name verified how do I want to cut my hair I told her same as always. When I looked at her work station all her equipment were dirty and filthy from hair . She took one cone and attached to her machine I was like can you please at least clean it off and sanitize before you use on my head, not one but all her stuff was dirty, very disappointed at the level hygiene and sanitation at the work station.

I got the worst layering done by Angie here so if you are a woman wanting any sort of stylish haircut please do not go here. I immediately went to another salon to get it fixed. There honestly wasn’t much they could do so my hair still looks pretty bad. Post great clips cut pics attached.

I have always been getting my hair styled at Great Clips nationwide for the past 10+ years and have never had such a horrible experience in my life. I was in Stl for a family event and stopped by to get my hair curled at this location. They were 4 employees that were doing absolutely nothing and had no one on their waitlist screen. They denied my request and I kindly asked why they can’t style(curl) my hair. The employee then proceeded to lie about being behind on their schedule( which they were not) and they just disrespectfully refused me in there. They dont even deserve 1 star. 0 stars. Get those lazy employees out of there!

This is the absolute BEST Great Clips in the entire country. My fiance drives 40 minutes to get his haircut at this location specifically, and they do it perfectly every time. Always a good experience. Best Great Clips employees NATIONWIDE!

❤️Ashley was super friendly & helpful on the phone which is why I decided to drive FURTHER to buy product from her (and her store) than the one a block away. She was just as friendly and explained everything about why my hair problems would benefit from the salon brand rather than the more expensive name brand. All smiles as I said thanks, bye and left the store!!!

My mother gave her a $20 bill for @16 haircut. The lady kept the rest without my mother's consent so my mother left because she didn't want to argue with her. This isn't right. Customers don't owe you a tip!

Honestly I am not supportive of the place. I use a specific stylist, so wherever she works, I go. Regardless the cost. The stars are for her. Generally have bad experiences at all great clips in the past when she's unavailable. There are 2 closer to my house but have terrible stylists. all I can say is if it's your 1st time at that specific salon and they take less than 10 minutes to cut your hair probably not the right person or place. I'm sure that applies to most places.

It's become my go to spot! Very skilled. Lovely and kind stylists! Pretty quick turn over especially if you check in online. And close to a Schnucks so I often might grab some groceries after.

Just moved to town last month and found this place within a mile of my home. Was nervous going in because I knew nothing about the stylists but I just needed a simple trim so decided to give them a try. I did the check-in online and when I came through the door, Heather immediately greeted me and seated me at her station. She was very attentive and did an awesome job with my hair! I will definitely be returning in the future!

Needed a simple clean up after shaving my head in March. I love the length, just needed it evened up, and stacked in the back. Looks great and I'm glad my hair looks more intentional now!

I have been taking my son to get his hair cut here since his first hair cut… so 5 years. Today we walked in with 30 minutes until close. There were 2 men sitting waiting with nobody in the chairs currently get hair cuts. The computer said a “12 minute” wait (but only 1 name). I was told they were full and there wasn’t enough time for any more. They didn’t didn’t even ask what I wanted or needed. The women were extremely rude! I was told it would absolutely take all that time to cut it the gentlemen’s hair. This is ridiculous because I have never been in Great clips and seen any haircut take 25-30 minutes and there were multiple stylists. - I was told 2. When I left all lights were turned off and vacuuming began. It appears your employees just didn’t want to do anymore for the day so they stopped accepting anyone from what I know is 2:30... it could have been earlier. I’m pretty sure I’ll be finding someone/somewhere else to take my son… with nicer employees. I feel sorry for your employees that are good and nice because these women I saw today are going to ruin it for everyone. And I have never seen any of these women in all my times going in the Butler Hill location. (Every 4-6 weeks for the last 5 years!) Please work on your customer service!
